This is truly a hidden gem in Northern New York. The property has something for everyone. It is so comfortable and the full kitchen is awsome. This has been my family's vacation destination for many years now and we can not wait to book our next stay.

Great deck overlooking the water. Was perfect for the dogs to hang out on. Plenty of space. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped.

the listing pictures need to be up dated the dock is not as shown, The boat should be off the listing it is sadly in need of repair on many fronts ! the hot tub worked very well ! the host was very pleasant. we had a great time the water toys are All old we used them but they are showing their age there is only one exit door

very quiet secluded.. beautiful location and many amenities for the location..

Great location for a seasonal stay.. best for summer activities and for a private stay and comfortable for a family..

Awesome review. Thanks. Yes, the Summer fun is amazing on the lake. Lots of activities. The RATES definitely DROP for the winter months as the waterfront feature goes from activity to “view only”. It’s a great time for hikes, snowmobiles, sleds, skiing and beyond.

Wonderful!

Our family loved staying here. Great accommodations and a beautiful location. We loved using the kayaks and there was plenty of room for the 8 of us in the house!

A great house & location for our family vacation! This was our second stay & we had our 2 dogs & a 15 month old with us this time. Everyone had fun- kayaks, fishing, campfires, yard games, puzzles & games on the deck. Trout lake is beautiful & quiet!

Comfortable stay very relaxing.

Very comfortable stay and the lake is beautiful. Just need to be careful on the angle ceiling on the second floor, I banged my head twice and I learn my lesson.

Second floor bathroom: it has a shower and a full sized ceiling. The walkway around the shower follows the roof pitch. I’m 6’1” and I can easily walk as long as I use the pathway by the shower. If I walk towards the lower portion of room… I can definitely hit my head on the drywall.

You certainly won't be disappointed with this lakeside getaway. Nestled against the shoreline of serene Trout Lake is this wonderful house that can easily accommodate a couple of couples and/or your extended family. Everything is as described with no surprises and we can't wait to return to the property again in the near future.
