Benvenuti nella bellissima Middletown, Rhode Island!

La nostra casa è una casa appena rinnovata, 2 camere da letto, 3/4 bagni situata in un quartiere tranquillo vicino a St. George's School. La casa si trova in una posizione fantastica: scegli tra tre spiagge vicine, tutte entro 1 o 2 miglia; Cliff Walk si trova a 1,5 km e il centro di Newport a 3,2 km. Flo's Clam Shack, Atlantic Grille e Tickets Bar e Grille sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi.

La casa è completamente arredata e ha una disposizione aperta confortevole. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha due letti singoli. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole di alta qualità ed elettrodomestici nuovi di zecca, tra cui lavastoviglie e smaltimento. Anche nell'unità è una lavatrice e asciugatrice. La casa può ospitare fino a 4 persone. C'è un parcheggio fuori strada e un ampio cortile con una griglia a gas. Doccia esterna e patio in arrivo nella primavera del 2019. La casa dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata.

Middletown Cottage

The property was lovely, amenities were good and the proximity to beaches and other activities/sights things to do on the island was fabulous. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The owner, Jackie, is very easy to work with and the day after we checked in, she followed up to make sure all was well. The house is very clean and stocked with everything you could need. The drive to Newport was close and easy. We had a delightful week and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jackie!

Cute Cottage

The cottage exactly as described, very clean. Great location, quiet neighborhood, but could easily walk to places to eat. Easy to get to Newport, Cliff Walk and local sites. Could walk to Decond Beach if you wanted. Owner's were responsive and gave great recommendations for places to eat.

Great location

My partner and I came up for our sons graduation and wanted something near Newport but without the Newport prices - this house fit the bill. The house was cute and clean and the location is within walking distance to multiple restaurants. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it seemed pretty well stocked. Checking in and out was easy and the owner checked in to see if we needed anything (we didn’t). Overall, no issues and I would stay here again.

Sister getaway

The house was clean. It’s very important to us. Well appointed with utensils, nice towels and adorable polka dieted sheets. We loved the white and blue decor throughout the house. Quilts were so nice. Neighborhood was quiet. Beach was down the street. Parking was reasonable at the beach. Only downside was the smell of low tide.

Already Booked for 2025!

A little gem of a cottage in a quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach and Newport proper. Hosts are so accomodating and attentive - very kind and welcoming. Home is very comfortable, clean, inviting, peaceful. Decor is light, lovely, and quintessential to being near the coast. Bunny rabbits and hydrangeas in the front yard added to the quaint and cozy feel. Backyard patio made for a lovely place to sit and read in the afternoon. Walking distance to nice places to eat and get ice cream. Everything we ever wanted. Just perfect. Thank you!! ♥

Middletown cottage

We visit Newport quite frequently, as well as other New England coastal towns. We enjoy sailing, sightseeing and dining, and are especially fond of the Midtown Oyster Bar for its ambience and selection of oysters, and Castle Hill outdoor bar/restaurant for its breathtaking views. As for the cottage, it's convenient for its location, cleanliness, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We were somewhat disappointed that both bedroom closets were largely used to store linens and floor cleaning supplies, leaving little room for hanging our clothes and placing are shoes on the bottom, since we are paying guests. Don’t forget to bring your own toiletries, laundry detergent to use in the washer, and bathroom cleaners, if you stay longer than a couple of days. There are no deck chairs to relax in the backyard, but you can have a BBQ and eat on a picnic table with benches and a beach umbrella.

Comfortable Cottage

This cottage didn’t disappoint. It was clean, well stocked, and the perfect size for the 3 of us. The beds & furniture were comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and within minutes of everything. We would love to come back.

Well kept property with very good location

Owner was very helpful. Property is well kept and well stocked. Very convenient to 2 beaches that you can walk to rather than pay for parking. Also easy walk to the mansions & cliff walk. Large grocery store less than 2 miles away.

Great location , newly renovated cottage

The house was newly renovated, well equipped and very clean. Its walking distance to First beach and you can get to Newport center in 5 mins by car. Also i the cottage is a quiet neighborhood. We will plan to rent again.

Comfy and cozy!

Very clean and comfortable house — felt like home! Kitchen was well furnished and linens and towels were like new. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Jackie was most helpful in answering all our questions and was a perfect host!

Cozy Cottage

This cottage was perfect as a base for our sailing trip. It was easy to get into Newport and a quick drive to Sail Newport. It has all the amenities we needed and was super clean. The bbq was great for a change from Eating out. Would definitely stay again.. highly recommended!

Cozy, convenient, cottage

The house is nicely renovated and comfortable. It's well-appointed with nice towels, sheets, and all we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed having the outdoor shower. The central AC is quiet and works well! The neighborhood is also quiet. A short walk will get you to several restaurants. Overall we had a nice stay and this home was a much better option than a hotel room and at a better price. Jackie was a pleasure to work with and resolved a small issue we had initially very quickly. I'd stay here again.

Comfortable and clean cottage!

Everything was very nice. House was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lovely decorating and plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. Hope to stay again! We did arrive after dark and we had a little trouble determining exactly which house it was on the street - due to no exterior lighting we couldn’t see the house number. Other than that it was great! Loved the outside shower!

Wow!

This beautiful cottage was just perfect in every way for an active 60 yr old couple. Extremely comfortable, clean and a well equipped kitchen. The outside shower is wonderful as well. The location couldn’t have been better! Easy walk to the beach, walk or drive to these other amazing hikes with views of RI’s beautiful coastline...,Cliff walk, Purgatory Chasm. Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge, Beaver’s tail, Norman’s Audubon . Jackie was super in keeping us informed and checking in to make sure all was well. If you are thinking about renting here don’t wait! Click book it before you lose the chance. I wish I could have stayed a month!

Beautiful rental

Adorable home that is spotless . So close to the beach. Great outdoor shower. Have rented other places before and this was definitely the best by far.

Quaint modern home Close to beach and quick drive to downtown Newport

Beautiful modern pristine beach house. Has all you need to enjoy a vacation. Perfect for a family of four. Great outdoor shower and paved back patio. In a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to First Beach and a quick ride into downtown Newport. The owners are wonderful -provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy the area. Would high recommend this property.
