The house is lovely and had everything you would expect. The owner was extremely responsive; went above and beyond , answering all our questions and even helping when our boat got loose at the dock. It’s a great location, feels very private in the back, easy access to Saratoga Springs and the Lake. Great stay!

We arrived and check in was easy. The house was very clean and was well stocked with misc items. The property was well maintained, lawn mowed, fire pit was great with plenty of wood. Next time DMB is in town, we’ll hopefully be renting again!!

Beautiful property and adequate home for 8 friends who were in town for the races. This is a great home base for a weekend at the track, which is 10-15 minutes away.

Absolutely great place, plenty of room and very clean. Quick ride to the track and downtown and the lake is beautiful. Property manager was great!

Lovely home with lake access!

Bob was beyond helpful. The home had all we needed and we were able to dock our boat on the lake— a 5 min walk or 1 min drive from the house.

Convenient & Clean

Bob's home was very clean and the location was convenient to all of our shopping and dining needs and close to nearby family. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glassware, etc., which made it convenient to have some meals w/o going out. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay?

Amazing

The property is well cared for and perfectly manicured. The large deck with grill and yard space is picturesque to say the least. The home is cleanly and very well updated. The owner goes above and beyond to make the space perfect. But wait there’s more.. a short walk brings you to the shore of Saratoga lake. Absolute must stay. I’m so glad I did!

Clean house, great yard, and in a perfect location

This house is very nice and clean. Our group of 6 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. The yard is great for a bonfire, grilling, and lawn games! The location is great too. So close to Brown’s Beach, Dock Brown’s restaurant and a short drive to Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was spotless, and equipped with everything you could need or want. Bob was great - checked in on us and super responsive. I'd give him 6 stars if I could!!!

Our stay in Saratoga

This house was absolutely perfect for our couples trip! We were so close to so many things. The foliage and neighborhood was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! Bob was so responsive and had anything you could possibly need!

Very pleased

Everything was a breeze from making the reservation to exiting the property at the conclusion of our stay! We would highly recommend this property - it is conveniently located, fully stocked and the property owner was very responsive.

George and his friends were great renters, good communication and left the place almost as spotless as they found it. Dishes clean, bed striped, garbage moved to outside bins and refrigerator empty. We would love to have them back to stay with us again.

Great House!

The house looked exactly as the pictures. Updated, clean, well stocked - we only needed food and drinks. We’ve stayed in other VRBOs and needed towels, extra toilet paper etc. not this house. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone. Owner/property manager was very nice, easy to get hold of considerate.
