We booked this house for an annual friend trip to Treehouse Brewing in Saratoga Springs. Our group likes to cook and hang at home during our time together and this rental was perfect! It was spacious, clean, and so wonderfully decorated. The hot tub was a big hit as was the family room. All the little touches make a big difference- we loved the coffee bar and fireplace. Rhonda is a great host and was super communicative with us throughout the stay. Would stay with her again!

Saratoga area rental

This property is perfect for a group of people coming to the area for concert or the races or both. Rhonda met us upon checkin and she was friendly and outgoing and showed us around the property. Family stay for wedding

We had a lovely time relaxing by the fire pit/pool in the afternoon. The house offered us lots of space to enjoy. There were short trails near by for us to take to stretch our legs and the neighborhood was extra quiet for an early morning stroll. A gracious host sharing her lovely home - I would definitely recommend.

Amazing! Will book again!

The level of service, cleanliness, care and amenities at this property is extremely high! Close proximity to everything you need and Saratoga Springs is only a 10min drive. Hot tub was sparkling clean and completely relaxing. Big back yard for the dogs, large open concept living space, but still offers privacy in the bedrooms with their own tvs on separate floors if you so wish. The house is spacious and elegantly furnished, spic and span clean. This property FAR exceeded our expectations and we will be book again! Perfect getaway!

The house is super clean, spacious, has very comfortable beds with a great location to the track, downtown and restaurants. I went away with other couples and we all agreed this was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. We enjoyed relaxing in the screened in porch area, on the outside deck and using the backyard to play beanbag toss. There’s also a lovely pool and hot tub. Rhonda is an AMAZING HOST- answers any questions you have very quickly. She does A LOT of little extras no host has ever done and I’ve been going to Saratoga area for many years. Stay here- you WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! I can’t thank Rhonda enough for the perfect three night stay! It was an absolute pleasure!!!

Family Vacation 2022

The Ballston Spa house was the perfect place to spend our family vacation. There was plenty of room for our 3 families (7 adults and 2 young children). It was centrally located for our family and friends to visit. As the weather was warm, we were able to enjoy all the outdoor amenities, especially the hot tub and pool. The house was very clean and well equipped. Our host, Rhonda, was very accommodating and available whenever we needed. We highly recommend this rental and hope to plan another stay in the future.

Luxurius and restful weekend in NY

Rhonda was a wonderful host. She showed us around the property and a few how-to's when we arrived (fireplace, hot tub operation, firepit). The pool and hot tub was a favorite, especially with the kids. The bedding was incredible. The entire family slept so well with the luxurious pillows, linens, and comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. I especially loved the espresso machine and having latte's in the morning and evening. Highly recommend especially if traveling with family and your pet.

After raising my family, I now find myself an empty nester sharing my home with my Lab, Sadie. I’ve lived in this home for over 35 years and have loved creating a warm, welcoming place filled with memories. Hosting guests here has become something I truly enjoy.

I’ve spent many years in the Ballston Spa area and appreciate the charm of our quaint village, the energy of nearby Saratoga Springs, and the natural beauty of the Adirondack Mountains. It’s a wonderful place to call home, and I’m happy to share it with guests.

I also love to travel myself and enjoy staying in Airbnbs, so I understand how meaningful it is to find a place that feels comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. My goal is to offer that same experience to every guest who stays here.

Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or for a peaceful getaway, you’ll find a relaxing space with thoughtful touches throughout. For families traveling with little ones, I also provide helpful baby and child items so you can pack lighter and enjoy your stay.

I look forward to hosting you and helping make your visit a memorable one.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

What makes this property truly unique is the personal care and warmth behind it. This isn’t just a rental—it’s a home I’ve loved and cared for over many years, and I take pride in making every guest feel genuinely welcome.
