This property was perfect for a group of 15, 8 adults and kids ranging from 13-3. The kids had their own “wing” and the adults were able to use the second living area to relax. The porch was so nice to sit out in the morning for coffee and in the evenings to wind down. Rooms downstairs were spacious and there were 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, bunk room was very nice and the second room was very small but efficient for what we used it for. Bathroom upstairs. There was another small kitchen upstairs that we didn’t use but a nice touch. The layout was unique but fun to figure out, especially for the kids. The stairs are spiral and metal so be careful with young ones but all our kids had no issues. I have seen comments about the drain in the shower upstairs. It was slow to drain but was not an issue for our 3 girls and myself. I did not use the showers downstairs. They had a lot of extras, sand toys, lots of towels, plates, cups, enough pots and pans that are very much used. The beds were stiffer than I prefer but that’s a me thing. There was a small board in between the living rooms that came off as soon as we got there and informed them right away. Location was great! I would definitely stay again!!!
