Recentemente ristrutturato al piano di sotto appartamento con una camera da letto con tutti i nuovi arredi, elettrodomestici e vernice fresca in tutto, questo condominio si trova vicino alla piscina all'aperto. 6AD è nuovo nel nostro programma di noleggio e offre un letto queen size nella camera da letto principale con un televisore da 24 "e un divano letto nel soggiorno che può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone. Con tutti i nuovi arredi ed elettrodomestici e situato a pochi passi dalla piscina a cascata unica nel suo genere e sul tiki bar in loco, questo appartamento è situato in una posizione perfetta per la vacanza sull'isola. My daughter and I love the Purple Parrot Resort! We stayed for my birthday weekend. We had a great time and this condo made us feel comfortable with all the great amenities. It was very clean and the owner communicated easily with me or vice versa. We hope to stay again in the future!

Lovely stay!

We had a great time at the rental! Enough time at the beach and other activities around. We enjoyed the Sports Bar next door and were surprised by how lively the Tiki bar ended up being. My only feedback would be to make sure families know the music from bar can be loud at times and I would put more drink cups in the rental. Other than that, awesome!

Loving Florida

The Purple Parrot was super clean, easy to access, close to great places to eat and activities. We had the best time at the close beaches and always ended our afternoon in the pool and our evenings at the Tiki Bar which had excellent entertainment. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a minute!

my thoughts

they where doing construction the entire time and the parking was terrible. loved the purple parriot and the pool. the leasing office will lie and say they sent you emails saying that there was construction but we never received one. funny don't you think? anyways we love and miss Florida!!!!

Vacation Oasis!

Close to the tiki bar

Condo was great, other than it had not been cleaned in 2 months. Thankfully it had been empty. But there was a thick layer of dust on everything. They do not wash the comforters for the bed. FYI. They are folded and put in top of the closet. And only the sheets are washed. That information is stated in your welcome packet. The management company did refund 85.00 toward the cleaning fee. And we’re very apologetic. Great experience overall. Good location. 1st floor.

Purple Parrot 6ad

The little condo was nice, upon arriving we had a problem with the cleanliness of the bed which was remedied very quickly. We enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. The reason I gave 4 stars is because this was a downstairs condo, so the entire time we were there the upstairs was occupied. Not a single upstairs guest above us was mindful of their upstairs presence and they were stepping heavily and running sometimes sounded like jumping up and down through the night. I feel as if the property managers should be a little more proactive in just reminding the upstairs guest to be mindful that they are in an upstairs condo that isn't made up of concrete floors. Other than that it was well equipped and all new appliances.

Loved this property!

What’s to say? I loved everything about this condo. It was the perfect size for me and my 10-year-old son. We both thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the tiki bar. The entire property was very nice. My only complaint is that the bed was really hard. But that’s more of a personal preference. All in all a wonderful stay
