Soffitti a volta in tutto, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile in cucina e la suite principale ha un letto king size. Il bagno extra completo è una grande comodità aggiuntiva. Si trova in una posizione ideale nel River Run Village, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e feste locali ea pochi passi dalla funivia ad alta velocità.

The unit was ok but the check in process was quite confusing and the unit required some maintenance work while we were there (TV and fireplace were broken as well as a lamp).

Thank you for your feedback. We do want to clarify a few points regarding your review. Our guests are provided with step-by-step check-in instructions; the process simply involves picking up an envelope from the lockbox at our local office and driving less than a mile to the property. We understand arrival can feel different from a traditional hotel check-in, but the instructions are designed to make the process straightforward. The maintenance concerns were reported around 9:00 PM, and our team had everything addressed the following day. The fireplace required attention after not being used for some time, which is understandable given that your stay was in the middle of August and the building tends to stay quite warm. The lamp was not broken and simply needed a new bulb, and the TV issue was caused by a faulty HDMI cable that needed to be replaced. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and are glad our team was able to address them promptly during your stay.

We have stayed in another unit in this building in the past and enjoy the location and the property. The place was clean with easy access to the River Run area. Only disappointments were the views were limited (looked right into the building across the way) and we found this particular unit to be VERY hot in the summer, as it receives full west-facing sun in the afternoon/evening. Because temperatures were unseasonably warm during our time there, it was very uncomfortable sleeping even with the windows wide open. Everything else about the unit was great and we would consider staying here again especially in cooler months.

The west-facing location can receive a lot of afternoon sun during unusually warm summer weather, and we understand that made the bedroom uncomfortable. We do provide a box fan in the closet of each bedroom in all of our properties to help with warmer summer nights. Great location and amenities! Able to walk to dinner in the village and to the gondola for skiing. Only stayed one night so was bummed that we couldn’t get into our place after check in due to it still being cleaned. It wasn’t as clean as we anticipated probably due to us showing up while they were still cleaning. Weird thing the next morning a cleaning lady walked into the condo around 7:45 am when check out was 10 am.

Great place and location

The location was perfect for our ski trip with walking distance to the Gondola. The condo was perfect as well and fit the four of us comfortably. Highly recommend!

The condo worked great. Just a few things - when we arrived the condo was dusty, the light under the microwave (above the stove) did not work, the left sink in the master bath drips constantly, the fan blades in master bedroom are terribly dirty/dusty. Thank you!

The place itself was great. Clean and had everything we needed including extra toiletries. I was disappointed with how far the walk was to the lift. In street clothes, it doesn't seem far, but when you are carrying skis and walking in boots, it's a long walk. And with kids, it was rather miserable. When we arrived, it was extremely hot in the room. We opened the doors and tried to let it cool off. The thermostat was set as cold as it could possibly go and we were still sweating. I called management, but no one ever came to fix it during our stay. The restaurants and Village were walkable.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a good stay.Pros:Close to ski slopes, quite at night, nice hot tub and lobby area. Kitchen well equipped. Very spacious and high ceiling. Clean towels and beds.Cons:Cleaning was not as expected (Crumbles on all the floors - living, bathrooms, bedroom, etc; sticky spots on the dining table and kitchen counter). Had to use the broom myself.There were some minor issues with dining table, microwave, dishwasher and fireplace. All reported and should be fixed now.

Location makes everything easier! Quick walk to anything, leave car in the heated garage. Nice year round pool and hot tubs. Well equipped kitchen. Luggage carts to bring stuff in and out. Easy!
