Great location and amenities! We walked to dinner in the Village, grabbed coffee from a coffee shop in the morning and walked to the Gondola to ski for the day. Great for a ski weekend and we look forward to coming back.

Ski get away

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick get away to ski. Underground parking was a huge plus, location to the ski lift was incredible, and the space in the condo was just what we needed.

Great condo close to slopes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo with modern kitchen. Fully stocked with brand name SS pots and pans. They have everything you need for a short stay. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets, comforters. I liked being on the 1st floor with a small porch to walk outside. It has a gas fireplace which was really nice. Used the hot tub once with views of mountain. My only complaint is having to go to another location to get keys and they cut the water off for the last hour before our checkout which made cleaning the place a bit rushed. Still a great experience.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately the building water shut off was due to an emergency repair being performed by the building HOA so this was outside of our control. Key pick up at a separate location is standard across many buildings in Keystone due to them requiring hotel style keys for access and not having a physical front desk on site. Our office is centrally located, but we do understand this process is not ideal- however it is unavoidable.

Clean; supplied well with bed & bath linens; kitchen well stocked with cooking & eating dishes; new kitchen appliances. Easy access from parking garage. Window fans provided needed outdoor air so rooms were comfortable. Only problem was operation of stove & dishwsher—instruction manuels would have been helpful. Enjoyable stay.

Fun Ski Condo at the Bottom of the Mountain

This place is a great condo at the bottom of the mountain in Keystone. It is about a 5 minute or less walk from the patio door to the bottom of the Gondola. Plenty of room for 4 people and most everything you could need to cook some meals after a long day on the mountain. A fireplace to keep you warm and access to a hot tub and heated pool were nice bonuses.

Keystone Redhawk ski condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: very easy access to the Gondola and summit express ski lift. 5 minute walk. For two people and a single bedroom, we really had everything we needed in the unit. I wish there was just one more chest of drawers for our clothes since we were there for two weeks, but I'm not sure the bedroom was big enough. That being said the living area had room for another dresser. The hot water in the our room went out a few times, and we were told it was a whole building issue that the HOA had to be notified. The unit had a great ice maker. The lodges hot tubs were small and only two. One of the tubs kept losing heat. I liked the steam room and heated pool for the little ones was pleasant to have.

It’s great to hear you appreciated the ice maker, steam room, and heated pool as well. We also appreciate your feedback regarding storage space. That’s helpful insight, especially for longer stays, and we’ll be sure to share it with the owner for consideration. Regarding the hot water and hot tubs, those systems are managed by the building’s HOA and unfortunately are outside of our direct control. When we were notified about the hot water interruption, we promptly reported it to the HOA so they could address the building-wide issue. The same applies to the lodge amenities, including the hot tubs, as they are maintained and serviced by the HOA. We truly value your feedback and are glad overall that the unit worked well for your stay. We’d love the opportunity to host you again on your next visit.

Great location

The humidifier in the closet is a nice touch during the winter. The only issue we noticed is the TV is quite high for the size of the room. It’s a bit difficult to comfortably sit in the couch and view.

And a printed-out list of how to work the TV's, etc. (Cells don't always pick up signal) Would also list that there's no AC in the unit.

Great Place for Two

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is small, but has everything you need for two guests. Very clean and well maintained. Short walk to the gondola. Management does an excellent job and is very responsive. The only issue (which is minor) is the induction cooktop which requires special cookware (which is provided). We tried everything, but could not keep eggs and other certain foods from sticking to the pan, making clean-up very difficult.

Loved the location and loved the amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an incredible experience. I worked at Keystone for a long time and appreciated being able to stay so close to River Run. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I know all units are like this but the only complaint I have is how hot it got inside. Two fans helped but might need more. Any questions I might have had, I got answers promptly and respectfully (via text and phone). The only trouble we had was where to go for the garage and if we were in the North or South building.

river run keystone - 1st floor - Red Hawk

Location was awesome. Construction around and surround the condo. Locating parking - etc. was a zoo. THE COUCH WAS BROKEN? Yes, the couch was broken. Had a sign on it?!? We did much sight seeing and what not - but if we would have had planned on that sleeping situation we would have been very upset. HOT. The sleeping space has limited air circulation. The area with broken couch was very breezy. We purchased a fan for ourselves. Many other units had fans in windows. Apparently summit has been warmer than usual.

What a horrible Misrepresentation.

Writing something positive about this condo or the property management company (Summit County Mountain Retreats) that oversees it would be impossible. This was the first, AND LAST, time I will EVER use VRBO because of their failure to follow through on their guarantee. This condo had bogus reviews and was listed with amenities such as 24/7 housekeeping on-site and “towel exchange” and “light housekeeping” for stays of more than 5 days. The photos on VRBO were NOT the CONDO pictured, it was filthy! For 4 days we asked SCMR to deal with the mess and bugs and got excuses. On day 4, after sending photos of food and liquid on walls and ceilings from previous guests, SCMR FINALLY sent housekeeping to clean, but that’s it. Then SCMR retaliated saying that I hadn’t filled out a form for “permission” from the condo’s OWNER and HOA to have my REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL in the condo. We were threatened with being “forced to vacate the premises by noon” if the form wasn’t signed. Because of SCMR’s insulting and discriminatory behavior we lost a MAJORITY OF OUR VACATION to anxiety.SCMR said not to contact them again regarding any other issue that we may have. I have Celiacs disease, so I always rent somewhere with a full kitchen. This condo has an INDUCTION stove top, there were only 2(TWO) pots that could be used on it (because it only senses steel the other pots and pans provided had copper bottoms). The 1974 stoneware was NOT microwave safe! No towels, no hospitality and VRBO FAILED.
