Privato, ma molto vicino alla spiaggia.

Completamente ristrutturato, una proprietà privata tre camere da letto, due e mezzo bagni villa situata sulla costa dell'Oceano Golf Course. Una breve cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Il primo piano si apre con tegole in argilla azteca e splendidi tappeti di accento. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato annesso con specchiera. Ci sono pavimenti in legno nelle camere da letto al piano superiore che hanno un secondo letto matrimoniale e due gemelli. Questa villa ha tutto lo spazio e comfort per massimizzare le vostre esigenze di vacanza.

Inoltre, sono disponibili tre televisori (uno schermo piatto), un lettore VHS / DVD, videoteca modesto, via cavo, impianto stereo audio, internet ad alta velocità, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, full-size lavatrice / asciugatrice, e una cucina personalizzata completamente attrezzata. Nice little condo that was nicely updated and well-apportioned for our stay. Not a bad walk to the beach, but we liked that we could take our load of beach stuff in the car and park at the Beach Club for free. I’m sure that’s not always available, but it was nice during our stay. Thanks for use of the bikes as well.

Lovely place off the Atlantic Dune golf course. Perfect size for our family of 4. Large bedroom on the first floor perfect for those who can’t do the stairs. Easy walk to Fraser’s. About an 11 minute walk to the beach club for beach access. We definitely enjoyed our first trip to HHI!

This rental was clean, comfortable, pet-friendly and well located. We enjoyed the bike trails and the proximity to the beach. Some road construction and landscaping work was taking place during our stay, but that is nothing unusual for off-season properties and it didn’t markedly affect our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Amazing location with so much to do (beach, shaded bike trails, delicious food, etc.). The condo was clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely time and plan to return (hopefully booking this same place!)

Perfect everything!

We stayed here in August 2024. The location was perfect; easy walk to the beach, golf course in the back yard, and an easy drive to other attractions. The condo was fully equipped and child & dog friendly. Overall a great experience!

Great Location

Nicely located to a lot of places and easy to get to. Beach was short walk on a trail. Coast restaurant is near beach access and is great place. Bikes provided were a great amenity and allowed us to bike to Harbor Town and Lawton stables to feed the horses (BYOC - bring your own carrots). Will stay here again when we return.

Wonderful stay

This place is exactly as pictured and described. It’s in a wonderful and quiet location in Sea Pines, a short walk from the beach. My family and I enjoyed being close to Harbor Town and South Beach. We also liked having bikes included to explore the area. The condo is spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely book this place again.

Family vacation

We loved this sunny end unit property, it was in a great location close to the beach club where we spent a lot of time and then Harbour Town in the other direction for a whole different experience. Both easily accessible by bikes or walking. In addition the house was so well equipped, we cooked in a lot! Would definitely stay in unit 10 again!!

Great location l, very clean but a little dated

Across the road from Plantation Club, easy walk to the Beach Club. Villa was very clean, communication was perfect. Like most Lighthouse Road villas interior is a little dated. More attention to kitchen utensils and microwave would push me to a 5 star rating.

Very good property!

Granted some of the reviews are old, but in our perception the property management has done all necessary to fix the negative reviews. We enjoyed our stay (Aug. 2022) and didn’t find any issues. We hope it remains well maintained like it is now.

Graduation Celebration

This was a family vacation to celebrate our son’s college graduation. The home was beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location to enjoy golf, walks to the beach and around the island and lots of great restaurants. Everything we needed was provided for a smooth check-in. I had a couple of questions before our stay and Jessica was very prompt in responding. This was a wonderful experience I hope to repeat!
