COMING LATE FALL 2019 - PISCINA RISCALDATA E RAFFREDDATA SEMI PRIVATA
Una delle due camere da letto più importanti del faro. Non perdere l'occasione di soggiornare in questa struttura splendidamente ristrutturata in Lighthouse Regime 1, con una nuovissima piscina in loco. Ammessi animali domestici, ma perfettamente puliti e aperti, godrai della luce naturale dalla graziosa veranda che si affaccia sul campo da golf Atlantic Dunes, cucina e bagni ristrutturati e opzioni per dormire ampliate con una regina e due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti. Ci sono TV in tutte le camere da letto e nel soggiorno, WIFI ad alta velocità e tutte a soli cinque minuti a piedi dal Sea Pines Beach Club.

Come tutte le nostre ville godono di una cucina completamente attrezzata, un paio di biciclette gratuite per esplorare le miglia di sentieri attraverso Sea Pines, tennis di terra battuta gratuito a South Beach, palla da pickle a metà prezzo da una delle posizioni più centrali del resort. Dagli accessori da spiaggia a una videoteca modesta, questa villa offre tutti i comfort necessari per massimizzare la tua vacanza / vacanza.
Il check-in è un gioco da ragazzi quando spediamo il codice della porta e il passaggio del veicolo prima del tuo arrivo, eliminando la necessità di una sosta di sicurezza. Parcheggia di fronte e vai verso la sabbia!

Perfect stay!

Jessica makes check in a breeze. Instructions are clear. WiFi is excellent. Unfortunately we had to work during our trip so the WiFi was very important. The place was spotless and comfortable. We had everything we needed for the trip. Loved having the bikes and games. The bed was so comfortable.

Spacious villa in a great location

An ideal vacation villa for 2-3 people, as well as pet friendly. A fresh coat of paint and a fix of the bedroom door that won’t stay latched would help, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

My wife and I had a great stay in Sea Pines! The condo was in a great location...the #10 tee of Atlantic Dunes is right out the back door! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It is also a short bike ride to the beach and Harbour Town. We had a couple small issues after we checked in and the owner was very responsive to our text and had everything resolved by the next morning! We will definitley be back!!!

Close to the beach club

Very clean. Great floor plan. Lots of space. Covered all the bases. They thought of nearly everything when equipping this unit. It’s 10 minutes walking, 3 minutes biking time to beach club for beach access. Close to everything in Sea Pines. Right on #10 tee box of Atlantic Dunes golf course. Hands down better than last years accommodations. Would definitely book again.

Clean and well stocked

Villa was nice and pet friendly. Had all necessary amenities and location was great. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, there was work being done on the roof that we were not made aware of so a lot of hammering which was really unfortunate. When I reached out to the host on day two to ask how long this would be going on for and he was pretty rude...said he didn't know who I was, didn't know about the roof work until the day it started, and told me he would have to look into it and get back to me. We never heard another word...had to go out and find out from the contractor how long the roof work was going to take place for. It was a very unfortunate situation. A little communication would have gone a long way because otherwise was a nice stay.

Birthday long weekend

We had a lovely stay at unit 2 Lighthouse Rd. Plenty of room to spread out and well stocked kitchen for making breakfast ans afternoon snacks. Loved that bikes were included with the rental and enjoyed exploring Sea Pines and the beach. Had to reach out to the property manager once with a question and she was very prompt with a response. Many thanks for a great long weekend away.

Wonderful location

We loved this stay! Convenient location to everything. Pool was excellent. Bikes in good shape. We even had an AC issue and got it resolved VERY fast!

Beautiful Villa!

The photos for this villa do not do it justice. The unit is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you can you can think of. The location to the Beach Club and the beach is so convenient. The best part is the semi-private pool that is just a few steps away. Jessica was so easy to work with. We will be back.

Perfect

The condo was clean, convenient, well laid out. Location was the best. We enjoyed the bikes, and flat-land riding is the best. There were some basic condiments in the shelves. Pots and pans are new. Beds comfortable. I would stay here again with glee.

Lighthouse Villa

The and Property Manager were fantastic. We visit Hilton Head Island every summer and have rented many different places, this place was great and we hope to rent it again in the future.

Great location, pool, everything We Needed for a fantastic week!

The location is perfect… Loved staying in Sea Pines with just a short, mostly shaded walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, never heard our neighbors, and we loved having beach towels, bikes, beach chairs accessible for use. Also having a full sized washer/dryer was awesome! There were a few issues that came up that Jessica was very quick to take care of. Very pleasant to work with. Having the semi private pool was one of our main reasons for choosing this place and it did not disappoint. The only thing I would change is to add a pool skimmer for guests to use in between cleanings.

Had a wonderful stay while on Hilton Head. The property was right on the golf course with a lagoon view. Seconds from the beach. We had a great visit!

Perfect for us...!

One level, clean, very nicely appointed, pet friendly, centrally located, great bike riding (2 bikes provided). One light bulb blew when we arrived. Fixed the next morning. Easy-peasy! Great week!

Wish I LIVED there

We had the most amazing time. It was just the two of us and the dog and it was perfect. It was walking distance to the beach and beach club. The villa had everything we needed and then some. Now, I'm pretty sure we have to buy bikes when we get home!

10 days at the beach

We had a great time at 2 Lighthouse Road. The condo had everything we needed. Any issues we had were handled straight away by Jessica. We would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay while visiting Sea Pines.

Great location

Great location and great host. Our process from booking, arriving and any questions were answered immediately. Our Villa was as described, plenty of room to relax and enjoy the golf course views. Access to bike path was great. A short 3-5 min walk to the beach club was very nice.....mostly shaded. Was a very kid and pet friendly neighborhood. Will definitely return soon to this property.

Great/underrated location, all the right stuff

The location is great, 650 steps to the beach was my garmin count. Dog friendly, and clean. Great pool and very few people were there at any time. all the right small touches like good choice on kitchen utensils, bikes, stuff for beach. (note: get bike reserves for additional bikes earlier than when you arrive from the sea pines rental - which is literally accross the street). The unit made it easy to enjoy hilton head, relax, and have fun.
