"Rose Beach" offre agli ospiti 4 ampie camere da letto, 3. 5 bagni, 2 soggiorni e innumerevoli aggiornamenti in tutta la proprietà, che si estende su oltre 4.100 metri quadrati totali !. We stayed here for our annual family vacation with our children and grandchildren. There were 14 of us and the house had plenty of space for all of us. We especially loved the size of the kitchen as we were all able to be in there to cook and eat together. Our host, Joseph was great to work with. He was really quick to respond if I had any questions. Be sure to get his suggestions on the best places are to go eat!

Excellent visit!!!

Boat slip was very convenient, right by the launch at cotton bayou. House is excellent, property seems very safe! Definitely one of the best locations we’ve rented on our many trips to OB area!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was lovely and roomy. The kitchen was furnished to cook for breakfast and able to accommodate all 10 of us. Enough bedrooms and bathroom rooms. We were close to the beach and to many restaurants. We would consider renting again.

Property was a good size, fit our needs of 14 people aged 2 to 71. Could have been cleaner. Needs a few repairs.

Family trip for World Series Baseball

Good location with beach and pool, house could of been cleaner. Problem with TV's but they did install new cable system before we left.

Needs better overall cleaning. If you have a plastic flower in the bathroom you should clean it, didn't look like it's been cleaned in a long time. Walls, corners, vents the same. Looks like they quick clean and sparingly at that. Refrigerator/freezer very small for hosting 16 people. lack of ice machine so if you rent this make sure you plan on buying ice daily. During our trip the air conditioning unit clogged up so water was running out of ceiling which goes back to the overall lack of maintenance of equipment and upkeep. Grill was extremely dirty so unless you wanted to clean it was unusable.Host was easy to contact and came over the morning after leaking ceiling so I will give him credit for checking and blowing out ac system so leaking would stop. Pool was nice but needs cleaned better ton of dead bugs floating each morning. Beach access you have to cross perdido beach parkway with no stoplight/crosswalk so very dangerous for no adults.

Thanksgiving 2020

Overall we had a wonderful time and the property was just fine. We understood that due to Hurricane Sally the windows had just been replaced so there was glass all around the exterior of the property. This may have also explained some of the damaged on the interior of the walls as well. There were areas that had been spackled but not painted, painters tape was still up on the ceiling that we removed. We were a bit disappointed that the 2 living areas were back to back and did not give a separate place for teenagers to hang out. Having the kitchen stocked with everyday items like enough silverware for 10 people, a dish rack and oven mitts would also be a plus.

Hello Anne-Marie, Thank you for staying with us. We will get with our contractor about the painting and tape. We will check on the kitchen supplies and make sure they get restocks, as for the glass in the lawn, we have made multiple attempts to clean up the glass. All of the temper glass (green looking) come from the tower across the street during hurricane Sally. We'll send people back out to pick them up. Thank you

Such a beautiful home to stay in. Nice large Living room for everyone to spread out. Was able to enjoy mornings with the whole group because of the large kitchen and attached dining room. The property manager was great and very responsive.

Great stay in Orange Beach!

We loved this house in Orange Beach! The owner was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. The house is gorgeous and perfect for our three families. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and most importantly a short walk to the beach! The kids also enjoyed the community pool. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Nice home

The house is located close to community pool and tennis courts, it is an easy walk around the circle, the dock is very nice. Only drawback is no crosswalk to beach, you have to wait on traffic but is was easier than I thought it would be.

Beautiful house with lots of room to spread out.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for our party of 11. We didn't feel like we were tripping over each other at all. The pool area was clean and well kept. We had an issue with one of the beds while we were there and the owner was very responsive and worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

Fantastic and Friendly--Everything You Could Want is Here!

This is absolutely an amazing property to stay at. There was plenty of space for our family to come together, and the siblings were able to bring their spouses and children with no problems feeling cramped. The house was spacious, clean, and stocked with what we needed. Since I like to cook, having things handy really helped as the kitchen was stocked. The guys had easy access to go fishing, and the gals enjoyed lounging at the nearby pool. Even the pool was clean! The tennis courts are right there if you are wanting a quick game. I also love that the property had WiFi access since I still had to work for part of the week. Most importantly, I need to mention that the property manager was super friendly and helpful. He was easy to get a hold of and had answers right away. We definitely enjoyed the rental and the customer service so much that we are thinking of renting again! This place is definitely worth it!!!

Beach getaway

What a wonderful property! The house is set up wonderful for large family. Plenty of space to relax. Joseph was wonderful to work with and very attentive! Only downfall is no crosswalk for beach access. Would definitely recommend!

House was Awesome...

The house is awesome. It was clean and just a wonderful place to stay. Joseph answered us right away when we had questions. Our family had a great time. The biggest complaint we have is the 5 lane road between the house and the beach. Unfortunately, with two young children it was as if we were playing frogger to get over to the beach. So, I have no complaints with the house itself but getting to the beach is just rough.

Spring Break, 2021

Overall the house was a good fit for our 11 person family. Some of the bathrooms did not have towels and only one bathroom had a bath mat which was a hazard for someone to slip and fall. We searched for a cookie sheet and finally located it on day 3. The kitchen is not particularly organized. The dryer takes several cycles to dry a "normal" load of clothes or towels.
