Let the sea breeze take your worries away while you enjoy your luxurious surroundings. This house provides 3 king size bedrooms, 1 bunk room with 1 queen bed over king bed bunk, 1 bunk room with two sets of twin bunks and 1 bunk room with 2 Queen beds Freshly remodeled and all new high-end furnishings to relax in. Beach access is across the private drive directly across from the house. Beach views and wonderful double decks are perfect to relax and enjoy cocktail hour. The pool to the rear is shared by both sides of the duplex.
This house is part of the BEACH MUSIC RENTAL HOUSES group. We also offer 4 & 8 bedroom houses.

We would absolutely book again. Only thing I would note is the bunk room beds aren’t full twin beds and it’s small for one adult. We had one squeeze in but it’s more ideal for kids. We loved this house! It’s less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. Super clean! Pool is in the back yard. Perfect for big families!

Very comfortable and spacious property! The pool and home were very clean. There was a great view of the beach even though the house is not directly on the beach. The walk to the beach is very short and the house is at the end of a small street so there is little to no traffic and it’s safe for kids!

The house was perfect for my family and location to the beach was fantastic. The host responsiveness was excellent. The only thing I marked down to 4 stars was because the pictures of the property indicated a second living area upstairs which is no longer there. We were fine without it but should update pictures. We had a wonderful week and thoroughly enjoyed the house.

Great House for Multiple Families

We had plenty of space for multiple families and it was a great location. The host was so nice, very communicative, and worked hard to get the house ready for us to check in early. We would definitely stay again!

Already booked again!

This house was perfect for our annual family trip in February. We have already booked it again for next year. So much room for our group of 17 that ranged from ages 2-56. Easy beach access. Located close to stores and restaurants.

We had a great stay at Summer Breeze. Plenty of space for parking. And sleeping. And cooking. And just hanging out. The pictures really don't do the space justice. Communication was quick and reliable. I really was very pleasantly surprised that our booking was solid for our four kids and six adults. Two adults weren't able to travel so we had extra space. We also had the pool to ourself (shared with the house next to ours) for most of our stay. And getting to the beach was as easy as staying in the condos next door. Our timing was great with no daytime rains but riptide issues came up on the last day. Would definitely come back to Summer Breeze!

The house was beautiful. However, for the price, I would expect that: toilet paper (besides the one in each bathroom), paper towels (1 roll only), trash bags (1 per can only), beach towels (none)... be provided. Who maintains the boardwalk to the beach with dangerous nails popped everywhere? The pool was nice but don't step in the lawn, it is all large sticker plants and those stickers were found by lots of bare feet inside the house too (and we didn't wear shoes inside) - they were remnants of previous tenants. The door off the master bedroom to the deck has a rusted lock and won't open.The proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping was nice. Just had higher expectations from the provisions and overall care of the house, lawn and boardwalk.

It was a beautiful home with plenty of soace for 14 of us. Easy walk to beach and beautiful view of the gulf from the decks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Would have helped to have a cookie sheet and strainer but it truly didn't matter. Most important was it was CLEAN, beautifully decorated and king bed in primary bedroom was very comfortable.

Property was beautiful. Communication with host was so easy and any questions that we had were answered immediately. The pool was an excellent plus because there were 2 days of double red flags during our stay and we could not get in the Gulf. there were 14 of us and we were very comfortable. Our whole party agreed that this would be a great place to stay again.

Fantastic beach vacay!

The house is fabulous - immaculate - great location - immunities are excellent. Check was the best we have ever expereinced. Both Kay and Rachel were available - answered their phones personally - each time. Very house has things happen - we had a couple things - between Kay, Rachel and the maintenance crew it was addressed fast, professionally, courteously and with skill. They made the entire stay a great experience. We will try to book with them again! Thanks for a great week! Dave T.

Great trip - Decent place to stay

The property was nice enough. Great location, very easy stroll to the beaches, good layout and comfortable beds. There was a view however we were under the impression that there was a little more of a view. There was minimal seating on the two nice decks, and unfortunately, it wasn't comfortable and it was only on the second floor deck - none on the third floor. We were under the impression that the kitchen sink faucet filter had been replaced, but it had not and we asked to have them fix it and they said they would but never did. It wasn't a huge problem, just a little messy. The door to the deck in the primary bedroom was open when we got there and we discovered why - in order to close it you had to try to lift and slam as hard as you can - it needs to be fixed. There were two towels, a bath mat and a hand towel in most baths however, the 1/2 bath had nothing and the primary bathroom had no bath mat. There were no pot holders, but otherwise, most of what we needed was there. Finally and something that really does need attention is the black mold on the ceiling vent in at least one bathroom. Overall it was a decent place and we had a great time.

Labor Day 2021 Beach Vacay

BEACH 20 did not disappoint in any way!! There were 13 of us and plenty of room. The house was clean, pretty, updated, and perfect for us all. Loved that it was on the beach and that we were at the "dead end" so there was no through traffic. Made it safer for the kids. Rated 5 Stars! We will definitely consider this lovely house again!

Responsive Staff

We liked the house and the location for our age group was good. We asked for some special accommodations in check-in and the staff was exceptionally responsive. Additionally, we found several small issues that the staff immediately answered. We were pleased, and for the price of the rental, not unexpected service.
