Bella casa più antica a 4 isolati dalla città, completamente rinnovata nel 2018. Tre camere da letto, padrone con bagno privato e porte scorrevoli in vetro su un grande ponte e vasca idromassaggio per 8 persone. La camera da letto n. 2 ha un letto a una piazza e mezza e una doppia, la camera da letto n. 3 ha una coppia di letti singoli. Tutti i letti sono nuovi materassi a cinque stelle Jameson Marriott. Entrambe le camere condividono un bellissimo bagno piastrellato. La tana ha un divano letto pieghevole a grandezza naturale per il troppo pieno, o bambini che vogliono stare alzati fino a tardi e guardare un film su Netflix o dalla nostra videoteca. La casa si trova vicino al Music Center ea soli 4 isolati dal centro della città, quindi è possibile raggiungere a piedi ottimi ristoranti, negozi e birrerie.

John was an amazing host. We’ve been coming to Brevard our whole life as a family and everytime we’ve come we have visited O.P. Taylor’s toy stone. So it was like meeting Willy Wonka to get to stay in John Taylor's Big Game House!! He was so gracious to let our children meet him, and he communicated so well. We loved playing Ping Pong, Bumper pool, sitting in the hot tub, walking to downtown, playing games, watching movies, grilling out. It about first time staying in the downtown area, and we hope to stay here again!

This is the third time that we have rented this house in Brevard. We keep on coming back because the host is great and the house is cozy with lots of fun things to do. If you love family fun and lots of games this is the perfect house to rent. Personally I love the beds as they are comfy and cozy. John and his wife are very kind and always communicate quickly. What a wonderful experience! First my first message with the owner his replies were very quick and helpful. The house was well stocked! We used all 5 of the beds, and they all proved comfortable. Great hot tub! Bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed. Wonderful seating on the back deck which we took full advantage of! All communication was easy. House had LOTS of games! Would stay there again should the occasion arise. Highly recommend!

The owner was helpful and communicative ahead of and during our stay. The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we arrived, and the kids loved playing all the games available at the house. We walked to breakfast and dinner in Brevard, and the walk was short enough that our kids (ages 5-9) didn't complain! The beds were comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely consider staying again.

Perfect place if you are looking to enjoy Brevard. A few blocks from downtown so walking is an option. House clean and kitchen was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. In the game room there were games galore for all ages. Beds very comfortable with quality sheets. Host left a few welcome tokens and warmed up the hot tub prior to our arrival. Plenty of parking. Definitely a place to return to next time.

John was so wonderful he sent us a nice message with instructions and the house was fantastic !!! It was so close to downtown we walked and the backyard is fenced in and that was great for our dog .You will not want for any game to play in this house our favorite was the foose ball table loved our stay

We are from the area and we’re coming home to visit family and friends for Christmas and needed a place that our dog could stretch his legs and run around. The house was perfect and I am glad we found it for future trips! The foosball table was a hit too!!! Also, I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A HOUSE THIS FULLY STOCKED! I feel like we moved into someone’s private home that wasn’t a rental property. Stay here if you’re searching.

Thanks for the nice review! My wife and I stayed in a VRBO that had 4 forks, knives and spoons in the kitchen...that was itt hen we found out that we were supposed to bring our own sheets ! When we started doing vacation rentals we wanted to make sure our guests had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. Glad you lies the house. John

My my my! Wow...just wow. We've rented dozens of vrbo's over the years and I have to say your rental "first impression" knocks it out of the park! The welcoming lights on, the little notes here and there, the wine and beer...such nice, top-notch touches. Thank you so much for all you've done to make us feel so very comfortable and welcome 😊

The house is within walking distance of downtown Brevard and the world famous Brevard Music Center. It is also a short bike ride to the Bracken Mountain Trail, a challenging ride for any level of mountain biker.
Although the house is located close to the action, it is nestled in a very quiet residential neighborhood.
Brevard has so much to offer any visitor, from 200 waterfalls, thousands of miles of hiking and biking trails, the Brevard Music Center, square dancing in the street, lots of excellent restaurants and breweries, you will be so busy you will wonder why we bothered to put TV's in the house!

The plan on this house is to give it to our daughter when she gets married. That doesn't look like it is going to happen anytime soon, so we are listing on VRBO.The care and love that went into restoring and modernizing this house will be obvious to anyone that sees it, we want our daughter to have a home that will last a lifetime!
