Vieni a goderti il ​​cielo sereno, l'aria fresca e le viste del tramonto sotto la cascata! La proprietà ha un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi in un ambiente tranquillo con un incredibile centro benessere. C'è molto spazio per parcheggiare all'interno di questa casa recintata. Goditi la campagna, a pochi minuti dalla degustazione di vini, dalla degustazione di olio d'oliva e dai meravigliosi ristoranti.
La casa ha una pianta aperta. Il bar per la colazione al mattino, è il posto perfetto per prendere un caffè e pianificare la giornata. A 15 minuti di auto da Templeton e potrete gustare una deliziosa colazione presso il Joe's o l'angolo cottura. Dopo un buon pasto, sei pronto per colpire le cantine! Così tanti tra cui scegliere! Uno dei nostri preferiti è Pomar Junction. Hanno un grande caboose storico e un sacco di eventi divertenti in corso. Le cantine sono infinite nella zona di El Pomar. Sulla strada di casa, assicuratevi di visitare The Groves al 41 (proprio di fronte all'autostrada da Summer Place) per una degustazione di olio d'oliva. Porta a casa una bottiglia del loro premiato olio d'oliva per creare un favoloso pasto al Summer Place. Summer Place è situato in posizione centrale. A soli 25 minuti dal Mid-State Fairgrounds, da Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle o San Luis Obispo.
Quando sei pronto per goderti la casa, la troverai aperta e invitante. La cucina è adiacente alla sala da pranzo e al soggiorno. C'è una sala TV (con un letto matrimoniale pieghevole) per svignarsela e guardare alcuni sport o un film. In fondo al corridoio troverete due camere da letto con un letto matrimoniale che condividono il bagno della sala. La camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale ha un bagno privato.
Al calare della sera, puoi rilassarti, stappare e scollegare il barbecue. I pasti possono essere gustati al di fuori del grande tavolo di famiglia. C'è un sacco di posti a sedere per tutti. L'incredibile spa con cascata è il modo perfetto per godersi il cielo notturno e l'aria di campagna. Vivrai tramonti incredibili e stelle in abbondanza. Molti auguri sono stati fatti sulle stelle cadenti tutto l'anno a Summer Place!

The home was beautifully maintained, clean, and in good working order. Instructions were provided for everything in the house and everything was well appointed from the large, well stocked kitchen to the bath amenities to the games and books and even to the bottle of Merlot that greeted us. An impressive home overall!

Fabulous vacation. Very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. If I could change one thing it would be to add hand soap at the kitchen sink but this is a very minor thing and was easily resolved.

This property was in a beautiful location- close to a family wedding venue and a short drive to dozens of beautiful wineries. The owners provided many amenities- ie coffee/sugar/creamer, laundry detergent, steamer, a bottle of wine! And more! There were so many games for our granddaughters- inside and out. The hot tub was another highlight! The beds were comfy, too. The management company was very communicative and made our stay very easy! Thank you for a great rental!

The house was in the country but also very close to town and we found it to have easy access to where ever we needed to go. The house was comfortable, clean and perfect for our party of 6. The manage company was very responsive to the one and only problem we had (the gate going into the property wasn’t working properly the second day and they had someone out to fix it within an hour).

We had multi generations staying here and all were comfortable. The only thing lacking on this property would that be an additional half bath on the east side of the house. Pictures don’t do this property justice!

The house was much larger than the pictures show and the whole outside area was absolutely the highlight for us and our two senior dogs. They loved sunbathing in the beautiful backyard. I saw some reviews that mentioned that they had initial issues with the spa, but I found it very simple to turn on/off. It has a timer as well which ensures that it doesn’t overheat you. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hosts were great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sanctuary in the heart of wine country.

This property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Both indoor and outdoor space were well appointed. Beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Several very nice touches throughout the house. The location is fantastic! A very short drive to multiple wineries, also a short drive to an amazing section of the California coast - several quaint towns with excellent food and shopping.

We enjoyed being in the Atascadero area vs. Paso where we usually stay. One caution: if you want to have wine with dinner at a Paso restaurant, have a designated driver as the road is windy in one spot and the driveway a bit hard to find in the dark (a flag on the mailbox would help!). The backyard is a great place to unwind after a day of tasting or adventure.

The hosts put thoughtful touches throughout including separate towels for the spa. The house is well-laid out for a family gathering, with plenty of gathering spaces indoors and outdoors, and a nice yard for children to play in. The location is fantastic - near town, wineries, olive oil estates, but also far enough out of town to feel like a you're in the country.
