Nuovo proprietario, Townsend Place completamente ristrutturato 3 camere da letto, 2 condominio bagno completo con 3 letti queen size e un re master suite. Attico ad angolo con vista Ski-in / Ski-out, parcheggio coperto, ascensore, vasca idromassaggio e pochi passi al villaggio rendono questo condominio ideale per le vostre vacanze. Cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Grill barbecue a gas sul ponte che si affaccia sulla vasca idromassaggio. Armadio per gli sci privato al piano di sotto (chiave fornita) e chiave codificata meno ingressi.

Da Townsend Place a Beaver Creek è solo una breve passeggiata per il villaggio per lo shopping, ristoranti e pattinaggio su ghiaccio. Per salire sulle piste basta sciare dal condominio fino ad Elkhorn Lift (Chair 14). Dal villaggio sciistico al villaggio tra Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch e Arrowhead Village. Torna a Townsend Place scendendo sul ponte Skier vicino al fondo di Strawberry Park Express. Se preferisci, c'è una navetta che preleva dall'altra parte della strada dal condominio e ti porta al villaggio. Dopo le 18 c'è un servizio porta-a-porta "Dial-a-Ride" gratuito per portarti ovunque a Beaver Creek. C'è anche uno spettacolo di fuochi d'artificio ogni giovedì sera da metà dicembre a marzo (tempo permettendo). Tassa di pulizia di $ 200, tassa è 10. 99%, nessun ritiro chiave, la combinazione è prevista per l'edificio e la porta d'ingresso del condominio. Il soggiorno minimo è da 3 a 5 notti.

This guest stayed in the condo 7 nights and sent me a text the day she checked out stating the condo might have bed bugs and she might have to give me a low review. It felt like she was looking to get something from me. We arrived at the condo a few hours after she checked out and I contacted Orkin to do a professional inspection. Here are Orkin's results "Today I completed your inspection for bed bug concerns. During today's inspection, I did not find any activity or evidence of prior activity. No treatment plan is recommended at this time. Thank you for allowing Orkin to inspect your home." So, I sent pictures of Orkin's report to the guest. Her text message response to me was "So how does this help me?" We are also aware that there are no insects alive in the Rocky Mountains in the winter climate, we are located at 8,100 feet. All other guests who stayed here before or after this guest have never mentioned anything like this. We spent $125 on an Orkin pest control inspection because of this problem guest who was clearly looking to get something from us.

Amazing Family Vacation

This property is delightful and even more beautiful than the photos. The condo is perfectly located for easy access to all that Beaver Creek has to offer. We could not have imagined a better place to stay for our family summer vacation.

Everything about this day was fantastic. The ski-in, ski-out location made it so easy. You’re really could ski within 5 feet of the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were plenty spacious. We cooked at home several nights because the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. It was a very easy, short walk to the village; less than 5 minutes. And, communication with the host with seamless. We will definitely be back!

Great place. Great location. Easy to walk everywhere in Beaver Creek. We stayed in the fall for a family wedding and it was perfect.Communication with the owner was terrific. Kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. Lots of cozy blankets available for cool evenings. Thank you!

This is an exceptional property for a family- upstairs for kids, spacious living and kitchen and dining, and in walking distance to BC Village. Can't wait to stay there again!

We had such a nice time staying here! Our boys and we loved the proximity to the mountain, restaurants, hot tub and playset. The layout was ideal for our family and the kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked with everything we could need! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

Wonderful accommodations & perfect location

This property was everything advertised. Renovated and nicely appointed with highly communicative owner. Perfect location just a very short walk to the center of the village. Great parking beneath the building. The climb to the apartment because there is currently no elevator was easy.

Outstanding unit and host!

Unit is most comfortable, awesome showers, comfy beds, completely furnished with everything you could need, hundreds of DVD movies, safe parking garage, easy access to BC Village. You will not be disappointed here! We had a lovely week here.

Great mountain vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in beaver creek at this property. Joy, was a pleasure to work with, and was very accommodating and communicative. The unit was fantastic and just what we needed. Very close to Beaver Creek Village, short, walk, and very close access to all the hiking trails. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect condo if you want to get away to Beavercreek. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Great location, nice kitchen, nice beds, bedrooms and great showers. Very nice hot tub, short walk to village very convenient. Only downside fireplace not wood burning or gas just electric. The great room struggled to get to 70 degrees had to use two space heaters to help but bedrooms and bathrooms were warm. Host is very nice.

Great unit in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in July! We were very impressed with all the amenities that were included in the unit. There was also plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plus, it is a super easy walk out the back to Beaver Creek Village. Only recommendation I have is to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the deck. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.

Great Experience and Perfect Location

My family and I had such a great time here at Beaver Creek. The condo was in a perfect location to the village. It was a very easy walk to the village shops and restaurants and easy short ski to Elkhorn lift. The layout and size of the condo was just right for our family. We will for sure try to reserve this condo next year back to Beaver Creek. What a great experience! Sincerely, Bard Family

We are skiers - Epic Pass holders (for many years) that live in Orange County, California and purchased the condo in 2018. Prior to owning this condo we rented at just about every place you can think of in the Beaver Creek area.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

The Townsend Place condos are in a great location to ski in/ski out at Beaver Creek, plus it's a very short walk to the Village for shopping, restaurants, ice skating and the Vilar Performing Arts Center. We traveled to Beaver Creek for many ski trips for many years before deciding to buy at Townsend Place.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

One of the reasons we chose this condo is because it's on the top floor of the condo building so, there will never be ski boots clomping around very loudly above us! This is something we encountered quite often as renters at a lot of ski resorts. This condo also over looks the hot tub and looks out towards Creekside Park. It's a corner unit so there are lots of windows looking out at very large evergreens, aspens and pine trees.
