Wonderful stay!

This place was the best! Super cozy and clean. Also a great location and less than a minute walk to the beach and we will definitely go back. The welcome bag was so cute and we were checked on throughout our stay to make sure we were doing well and had everything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great location, and nice quaint condo.

The property was very clean and very close to the beach. It was everything our family of 3 needed to have a great Memorial Day weekend beach trip. We loved the pool and the shade trees making it nice to relax by the pool in the shade after a long day at the beach.

2nd Visit to This Great Property

Had another great vacation at Inlet Beach. This condo is walking distance from the beach and close to all the activities in the 30A area. We enjoyed this property’s pool, beach, and riding bikes through this neighborhood and the surrounding areas. Great location and very nice and clean property.

Great house - great outside area and pool!

Very nice house and carriage house - plenty of room and lots of bonuses. Fabulous kitchen with large island and big dining room. Convenient to the beach and lovely yard and pool.

This unit has a wonderful and convenient location close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was comfortable and attractive. The rental communication was thorough and pleasant. We certainly would like to return for a longer stay.

GREAT Vacation!

The Inlet Dunes condo was cozy and comfortable.., just right for three little old ladies. We were close the beach - so no long treks lugging chairs etc, and a patio practically steps from the pool. Lots of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and activities close by too! Reasonably priced too. What more could we ask?

Perfect location and nice condo overall

We loved our time in Inlet. It was the perfect location and the condos and pool were overall nice. Unfortunately there was a horrible plumbing issue which was a bit of a bummer because we couldn’t even use the bathroom, dishwasher or laundry the back half our trip. The management company was great to work with and helped resolve this issue as much as possible. They were very responsive and gave us a lot of options to make things better. I would absolutely stay at these condos again but most likely choose a different condo and maybe in the other building just to ensure no more plumbing issues.

30A Getaway!

Inlet Dunes is just our favorite spot on 30A. The folks at Paradise Properties made our trip stress free. They were there to help with bike and beach set up rentals prior to our arrival. It was wonderful knowing they were always just a phone call away should any questions arise.

Perfect location

We have stayed in 3 different apartments at Inlet Dunes and absolutely love the location. This condo was great because your back porch walks right out to the pool area. Our kids absolutely loved it and the four of us fit perfectly for our vacation. My only suggestion would be to update the bathroom, it is starting to have some wear and tear. Everything was extremely neat and clean though- we had all that we needed :)

Fun stay

Nicely decorated condo. Loved being on the floor unit with kids. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It is hard and old. Other than that it was a comfortable unit.

Good place for a small family

You can tell the owners have redone the property, and try their best to make this place a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and biking distance to Rosemary beach and other hot spots. There were gnats flying around at times, and the bathroom could use a remodel. We did run into a brief ceiling leak in the kitchen and bathroom, which seemed to be from the unit above. I would say that this spot would be great for a couple, or a family of three. Anything more would be tight, in my opinion.

Great location, perfect for children

We truly enjoyed our stay at Inlet Dunes. We were steps from the pool that had lots of seating and shade. The public beach access was directly across a residential street from the condo. Very convenient for a family. The condo was clean and well stocked with linens. Very cute and tasteful beach decor. Perfect for our family of 5. With two teens and a 1st grader, the bunks and fold out couch worked great. We had to coordinate sharing one bathroom, but in the case of an emergency one kid could always run out to the pool house toilet. It was great to have a ground level unit and avoid stairs. Overall great place! We would definitely go again!

Steps from the beach

For a simple cozy landing steps from the beach and a lovely walk into Rosemary town, this space was ideal. Perfect for kiddos. Property was very clean. Unfortunately Florida water has a sulphuric smell naturally so you will need to bring your own drinking water unless you don’t mind the chlorine. The bathroom is basic, the dryer isn’t the most efficient. We were fine though because we brought our own linens and towels, even though the linens and towels Provided were super. I just wanted to be extra cautious with Covid. The bed is a full/queen and though feels hard at first touch we slept sooo good!!! We cooked every day and it felt so lovely to just walk to the ocean. I would definitely go back and stay there. It was perfect for our family of 3.

Ice maker does not work so money was spent on daily ice. Some kind of crud was in the dishwasher. Scorpions in bathroom not many eating utensils. For the money could have been nice. Someone raffle through our beach wagon and took things. It was on the patio. Make us feel uneasy. Liked parts of it. Never could get bedroom tv on.

Been coming to Inlet Dunes for almost 40 years

We have rented and stayed in most units here with our three kids as they grew up, and now continue the tradition with our grandchildren. These condos are perfect for a family of two parents and two or three children. The cost is very reasonable considering comps in this area, and the property is centrally located near Panama City, Destin, Rosemary Beach, all of Highway 30A, and a spectacular stretch of beach. Great pool--with shade if desired--and mere steps to a very nice beach access. All units we've been in are nicely decorated and adequately equipped. We rented two units this stay to accommodate those able to come down for the week. Only a few things kept this from being a perfect stay. The grass was in real need of being cut, there was very little lighting in the pool area at night, the entrance gate was stuck open all week, and the back gate was also unlocked and much too easily accessible to people using the parking area for the beach access. We also found the washing machine in one of our units not working. We reported it first thing Monday morning and Paradise Properties had a repairman out very quickly. He found the issue--the timer--and said he would be back with the part. We heard nothing the remainder of the day but when we called Paradise on Tuesday, they said the washer would have to be replaced and it would be after our stay before they could get a new one. This was a big inconvenience, but Paradise and the owner of the condo offered a credit on our rental that was acceptable to us. Paradise was very courteous and efficient during the process. We were also a little miffed about the 5 PM check-in time but understand the issues all rental properties face with the turnaround time nowadays. Despite these things, we do highly recommend Inlet Dunes and Paradise Properties. We will definitely be back, hopefully for years to come...maybe even with great-grandkids!

Had such high hopes!

The location is perfect unfortunately we couldn’t get past the condition of the unit. The condo was very dirty and we had ants in the living room and bedroom.
