La nostra casa è adatta alle famiglie e perfetta per le vacanze in famiglia o per i fine settimana di calcio Clemson. Può ospitare fino a 15. Wifi gratis. Dipinto di recente e aggiornato. Interni moderni decorati in modo unico. 4 TV con cavo. Nella camera da letto principale c'è un letto matrimoniale. Nelle quattro camere da letto secondarie ci sono 5 letti queen size e un letto singolo. Divano estraibile nella camera familiare seminterrato. Lavasciuga. Splendide viste sul lago. Grande mazzo per intrattenere. Caminetto Molo privato per la barca / nuoto. Pozzo del fuoco con TV esterna. 1/2 miglio dalla rampa della barca Franklin Co. Non rimarrete delusi.

We had a great weekend at your beautiful home! We had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our meals! Plenty of comfortable sitting in living room and beds to accommodate the 12 of us. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to stay again!

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay for the 4th of July weekend. Lance was a very responsive and kind host, the dock is clean and lovely, and the home was exactly as described with everything we needed. Plenty of room to park in the driveway and a spacious property overall. Look forward to next time!

We enjoyed our stay! The check in email was very informative and answered all of our questions before they were even asked. Lots of kitchen appliances available for use such a griddle, crock pot, hand mixer, coffee pot and Keurig. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond with any needs. This house was perfect for both my immediate family and my husband’s. Although you are unable to eat the fish caught from the lake, my children enjoyed doing catch and release. The dock provided is a floating dock, and with a lot of boat traffic can be a little rocky. Boat traffic was only at a peak on Saturday and was very light Wednesday-Friday as to be expected. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We love this property!

We always enjoy our yearly lake trip with friends. This house had the perfect lay out for 3 couples and 5 kids. Our teens loved their own hang out space and we played games in the large family room. The dock is wonderful with deep water for jumping and diving. It’s tucked into a little cove so great for floating too. The dock has plenty of chairs, shade and table. We loved our stay and will probably be back next year!

We had a wonderful family gathering at this property. There was room for everyone! The house was clean and stocked with the basics. The dock is absolutely beautiful and big! We rented a boat for a few days. The homeowner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Peaceful

We came up to celebrate our grandbaby’s 1st birthday, that lives in the area. We were able to have our children and my mother with us and what a fabulous place to stay. The huge living room overlooks the trees and lake with its large windows. Comfortable beds and nice sheets! Great water pressure! We used the kitchen and loved having a table for big family! We hope to stay here again! My boys loved fishing off the dock!

Nice property but a bit disappointing

The house and lake is beautiful! We were disappointed with the availability of communication with the host, and running out of propane on our first night. If you choose this property be prepared to being every item you will use on your trip including towels for the lake.

Large multi-state small family reunion

The pre-stay communication was perfect, the property was large, clean, prepared, beautiful and exactly what was described - but better!! All of the group wants to return to the property again for another getaway.

Delightfully refreshing reunion

Our whole family enjoyed a peaceful and fun week together over Christmas. Each person found something personally fulfilling to their personality. Whether it was skipping rocks on the lake, playing games together, watching movies, taking a walk and meeting a neighbor, sitting quietly reading a book, inspired by Bible verses posted around the house, or even seeing something that could be fixed So we could say, “We left it better than we found it!”

Amazing time at the Lake

The property was perfect for our group. We had an extended family camping trip planned in FL which was cancelled by a hurricane. We booked this house as a backup plan and couldn't be more please with our stay!

Lakeside retreat

Great lake house- deep water cove

Great location on deep water cove, private dock, beautiful home not too far from I-85. Plenty of parking Was perfect for our crew of 8 adults and 2 children!! Would certainly recommend. The Franklin Co Boat Ramp is literally around the corner.

Family weekend

The home was beautiful. Rooms were great and plenty of space. The back deck was a great way to relax and see the water .. the dock was awesome .. and home owner was great to work with and quick to respond with any questions ! I highly recommend this property

Fantastic house on Lake Hartwell!

My wife and I take about 1 to 2 trips a year with our group of firends. We've never stayed at Lake Hartwell before, so we weren't sure how much we'd like. I'll that staying at this house made the weekend for us. We have never thought about booking the same place twice until now! This house was very spacious, clean, and located in a very quiet private area. We had plans on going to Clemson for lunch one day, but we just could pull ourselves away from the lake. For us the big seller was the dock. The dock is huge with cover that provides shade throughout the day, but is still big enough to have a large area of full sun for most of the day. Once we finished spending most of the day swimming, floating, and relaxing. We'd go back to the house which has multiple areas for entertaining and relaxing. As a group we agreed that this was probably the best vacation rental we have stayed in yet. Last but not least, the property owner "Lance" was fanatic. I had contacted him prior to our stay with some questions about the property and he was extremely responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful Lake House

Ended 2023 and started 2024 in this beautiful lake house. Plenty of room for the whole crew! Great outdoor space for hanging out. Everything was perfect for us!
