Real Escapes Properties offre con orgoglio Sea Spray Cottage! Con così poche case sulla spiaggia con vista sull'oceano disponibili, ti piacerà sicuramente questa proprietà di fronte all'oceano unica nel suo genere.

Questo sorprendente due camere da letto, due bagni di casa offre una spettacolare vista diretta sull'oceano. Quando entri per la prima volta in questo adorabile cottage, ti viene in mente il relax. Arredate con gusto, la tana e la zona pranzo sono abbastanza spaziose per la metratura. Un sacco di spazio per guardare la TV o leggere l'ultimo romanzo. La cucina è ben aggiornata e troverai tutto il necessario per preparare deliziose cene per la tua famiglia. Non dimenticare - la nostra zona ha alcuni posti fantastici per raccogliere il pesce più fresco!

La camera da letto # 1 è una confortevole camera da letto matrimoniale con letto king size che invita a coccole per un pisolino dopo una giornata impegnativa in spiaggia. Viene fornito con un televisore. Non preoccuparti: puoi ancora vedere la spiaggia attraverso le porte scorrevoli di vetro! C'è un bagno padronale en-suite che è collegato alla camera da letto da un grande armadio walk-through La camera da letto # 2 ha due letti gemelli con una TV montata, ma avrete problemi a distogliere lo sguardo dalla vista sull'oceano proprio fuori da questa camera da letto pure! C'è un bagno completo che è adiacente sia al den e 2a camera da letto.

Anche se c'è l'accesso diretto al ponte attraverso le camere da letto, è anche possibile dirigersi verso il portico attraverso la tana. Il ponte al piano di sopra si estende per l'intera larghezza della casa. Ci sono sedie a sdraio e un set di patio disponibili. Immagina di avere il tuo caffè del mattino sotto il portico ascoltando il suono dell'oceano.

Questo è il noleggio perfetto con tutto il necessario per vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile su St. Isola di Simons.

This cottage is cozy but has lots of space for relaxing and spending time together. The deck is perfect for having coffee while watching the sunrise, and then enjoying a glass of wine after sunset. The location is obviously a perfect spot to access the beach, but it’s also convenient to walk dogs, and it’s even an easy walk into town. The small enclosed backyard was a big hit with our dogs. Sea Spray is a comfortable retreat that lets you listen to the ocean waves and experience the fun and beauty on the island.

Relaxing Vacation

We were extremely pleased with this home which is directly on the beach and a mere half mile to the village. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The beach was never overcrowded while we were there. The views are amazing and make this a special place. It’s clear the owners take care of their home with pride and want their guests to have an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

Cute House in Great Location

This house is much cuter than advertised! Nice area in the back for the dogs to take care of business. The decks are gated off for peace of mind and are in great condition. The neighborhood is safe to walk. The kitchen is very well stocked. The management staff is super friendly and kindly offered personal recommendations for things to do. We were very happy.

The kitchen is well stocked. I don't believe we could have been closer to the water than where we were. Watching the ships come in and out was a real treat. The grassy area in the back was just what we needed for our dogs. We will be back!

Great Dog Friendly Place to Stay!

We loved our time on St. Simons Island and really enjoyed bringing our pups too! The place was very clean and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, but property needs some attention.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property several years ago. The location and size of the house are both fabulous, but we will not stay here again. We were disappointed that it has not been kept up well. Two of the four outdoor chairs were torn and not usable. The interior would benefit from a deep cleaning. Both bathrooms had a layer of dust on the light bulbs. The bath towels were dingy, and some had stains. Some attention would correct these areas it would seem without too much difficulty.
