Sans Souci # 503 è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes.

Benvenuti a Sans Souci # 503, una camera da letto al 5 ° piano con vista sul Golfo ben arredata, al 5 ° piano, con splendida vista sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo dal vostro balcone privato. I nuovi proprietari sono stati recentemente ridecorati, con nuovi arredi, opere d'arte e nuovi letti. Condo ha aggiornato la cucina con ripiani in Corian ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Ha anche un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino e macchina per il caffè Krups. Il soggiorno è in pelle, divano componibile e TV a schermo piatto da 47 "con altoparlante boost. Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, 32 "TV a schermo piatto e un bagno privato con doccia / vasca combinata. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, 23 "TV a schermo piatto e letti a castello nuovi di zecca (due gemelli). Questo condominio comprende una piccola lavatrice / asciugatrice.

Il proprietario ha pensato minuziosamente al suo armadietto privato al piano terra per permettere agli ospiti di riporre gli articoli da spiaggia in - non più ombrelli, giocattoli da spiaggia, refrigeratori, ecc. Su e giù per l'ascensore ogni giorno! Alla fine di un sole immerso nella sabbia bianca di Pensacola Beach, c'è qualcosa per tutti da godere all'interno del condominio con WiFi e TV a schermo piatto. Lavatrice / asciugatrice all-in-one situata nel condominio. Un posto auto coperto e contrassegnato proprio accanto all'ascensore!

Uno dei migliori motivi per affittare al ristorante di pesce di San Peg Leg Pete, famoso in tutto il mondo, si trova proprio dall'altra parte della strada!

La vacanza è semplice a San Souci in quanto è a pochi minuti da negozi, ristoranti (il famoso ristorante di pesce Peg Leg Pete si trova proprio dall'altra parte della strada) e intrattenimento.

Non è permesso fumare nei locali dei condomini Sans Souci, compresi i balconi delle unità, la piscina e le aree di parcheggio. A causa dei regolamenti HOA, massimo due auto per prenotazione.

Love San Souci! The condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Beach access was easy and the underground parking with access to the storage unit were added bonuses! Having to stop by an office to check in/out was a bit of a bummer, but the people were friendly and it didn't take too much extra time.

The beach chairs & umbrella set up being part of the reservation made things so much easier. The elevators never kept us waiting very long and having the carts to take luggage back and forth from the car makes it so easy. Being directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's is icing on the cake. We would love to stay in this condo again!

I absolutely loved staying with paradise homes! The condo was so clean and nicely decorated & they treated us with a smile and some gifts for my two toddlers! Will definitely be using them in the future!

Paradise Beach Homes provides great service and promptly addresses questions or issues. We also liked the fact that there was a physical key instead of a code lock. It made the unit feel more secure. The free beach service was an additional bonus. Thanks for having us!

Great location. Convenient to restaurants and stores. The condo is perfect. It sits directly on the beach and the beach isn't crowded. The room had a great layout and decorated nicely.

Great view of the waves. Located directly across from our favorite restaurant, "Peg leg Petes". Nice to have the convenience store also across the street. Little store is ridiculously expensive but works for small items in a pinch. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer. One note of caution. Reserved parking spot is right next to a row of storage lockers. Our brand-new car was scratched, as a result of some careless person accessing one of those lockers.
