Villakalimeranet - Charming traditional stone house

n° register number 00000150158 . Located in a typical greek village with ancient atmosphere, surrounded by a forest of cypresses, Villakalimera stands out for its character and charm. There, you can relax in the many outdoor articulated spaces, under the shadow of two centuries-old apricot trees among cypress and olive trees, just few steps from Foki beach.
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor a large dining-living, where two sofas are available wich offers two confortable additional bed. More over there are a bathroom and a separate large kitchen.
At the first floor there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, that can be joint if requested. Each room has private bathroom and air conditioning.
Outside several spaces for breakfast and lunch outdoors with friends, for children to play, to read under the trees swaying lazily in the hammock and refresh in the pool.
Villakalimera is only 2 Km from Fiskardo, a lovely marina destination for more experienced sailors and recreational boats the most prestigious of the Mediterranean. Many small pubs and restaurants animate the charming front of the sea.
This is the reason why Villakalimera has the double advantage of being located just that little apart from the more massive tourisme but, at the same time, to be very close to Fiskardo and its intense life, with its shops, restaurants and pubs.
The welcoming is guaranteed by the owner who lives in a totally separated part of the house, wich has independent entrances and who provides to every necessity and usefull information of customer vacation.
The house is provided of sheets and towels that are changed every five days (or more by additional payment). Only the first cleaning is to be consider included.
