Villa Ireni Waterfront - Fiskardo

The characterful Villa Ireni boasts a unique charm; it has been recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in a traditional romantic fashion. The villa boasts original features, three bedrooms and large outdoor areas, including a rooftop terrace with the most stunning panoramic view, and is just 10 metres from the sea and little beach. Conveniently situated in a quiet street you can walk into the centre of the village in a few minutes.

Villa Ireni sleeps 6 and has 3 light and airy bedrooms; one with a garden view and two single beds, one with sea view and two single beds and one with a double size bed with a sea view. Each room has its own air-conditioning unit, two double windows and is tastefully furnished with comfortable and traditional furniture. Wooden ceilings and framed artwork by the owner add to the uniqueness and beauty of the villa.
The living area has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and dvdplayer, an air conditioning unit and is ideal for resting or planning your day! One of the villas two bathrooms is situated from it – it’s spacious and has a wc, sink, shower and window. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen and dining area leads on from the sitting room. Ideal for self-catering it has everything you need; oven and hob, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery, and flatware. In the corner you will find the original fired oven, it cannot be used but is a beautiful piece of history! There is a second bathroom located from the kitchen, with shower, WC, and sink.
A large balcony leads from the central corridor of the house, overlooking the sea.
The villa has two fabulous outdoor terraces. The central, covered terrace located downstairs and is equipped with a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table for al fresco eating and can be directly accessed from the kitchen for your convenience. Pick a few fresh herbs from the kitchen garden area!
The rooftop terrace, equipped with loungers, three large umbrellas and a big dining table, offers ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the breathtaking sea view. You can see Ithaca island, the historic lighthouse and watch the boats sail past!

The lovely Villa Ireni

Villa Ireni is lovely and the position one of the best in Fiscardo. It is not some luxury swish Villa but perfectly comfortable and well equipped. Efi, your host, is efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

A Wonderful Experience!

My husband, son, future daughter-in-law and I spent the most amazing week in Fiskardo at Villa Ireni. First and foremost is the incredible owner, Efi, who gets 10 stars for her kindness, warmth and hospitality. We arrived to a table laden with sweet and savory bakery goods, fruit, and a refrigerator stocked with essentials to get the week started - eggs, milk, juice, cheese, water, wine and more. Plus, extra gifts because I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary! We were treated like family! The villa is immaculately clean, with whisper-quiet air conditioners, comfy beds and stunning views. It looks exactly like the photos. The location is unbeatable - a two-minute walk to the heart of Fiskardo, with its lovely restaurants and shops and right above a little stone beach with clear blue water. There's an outdoor table in the shade on the main level and a beautiful terrace above where we had breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. Thank you, Efi, for a magical week!

Recently redesigned and tastefully furnished in a traditional-romantic fashion, Villa Ireni boasts a unique charm, with many of the original features from its over half-a century-year-old building still intact.
It has 3 bedrooms, one with a garden view and two single beds, one with sea view and two single beds and a double size bed with a sea view. Each room has its own air-conditioning unit.
A fully equipped kitchen provides all cooking facilities:
-Electrical oven
-Refrigerator
-Plenty of pots/pans/mugs/platters/ chopping board
-Cooking Utensils
-Coffee maker

-Toaster
-Lemon squeezer
The living room is comfortable, with two cozy sofas, a flat-screen TV/DVD set and an individual air-conditioning unit.
The villa’s 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet, offer some added convenience to your stay.
The villa is composed of two outdoor terraces: The central terrace located downstairs is equipped with a barbecue grill and a spacious dining table for having the most cozy evenings in good company. The rooftop terrace, equipped with sun-beds, beach umbrella and a big dining table, offers ample space for sunbathing and enjoying the breathtaking sea view.
