We absolutely loved this cozy cabin! From the easy check-in and clear directions to the cleanliness and perfect location, everything was wonderful. It was conveniently located for traveling into the charming small towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge.The cabin had everything we needed and truly felt just like home. The communication was excellent, and any questions we had were answered immediately. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

Another wonderful stay at Rivers Rest! The host, cabin, location are all the best! Great communication from the host and such a wonderful cabin to escape Atlanta for a few days and enjoy nature. We will visit again!

We had an amazing stay in Ellijay! The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and provided excellent communication from start to finish. The property was exactly what we were hoping for: clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location to explore everything the area has to offer.One of our favorite parts was the river right on the property. We spent time floating and relaxing, and it made our vacation even more memorable. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that’s close to local attractions while still feeling like a true mountain retreat, this is the place. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at River’s Rest in Ellijay! What an appropriate name! We couldn’t have found a better place to get away, slow down, and enjoy some much-needed time together while celebrating our anniversary.The cabin was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail was truly second to none! You could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making sure guests had everything they could possibly need. And when I say this cabin had EVERYTHING, I mean everything! We never once found ourselves wishing we had brought something from home.Between the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful North Georgia mountains, and the river, River’s Rest certainly lives up to its name. It was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relax, recharge, and simply enjoy being together.We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to return next summer with the rest of the family! We made some wonderful memories here, and we can’t wait to make more.If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway where the owners have truly thought of every detail, River’s Rest is the place! We can’t recommend it enough!

My parents were traveling from abroad and I wanted to have them experience with cabin. This was an excellent choice! Well stocked kitchen, cozy rooms and decor, hot tub, game room and very beautiful views! We, my parents and kids thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the stay! Carmen was very helpful and always available during our stay.

We loved everything about this cabin, the home itself, the layout, the amenities, the location, the owner, we just loved everything about our stay, and can't wait to return soon!

I have stayed twice now and it has been great both times. It's nice and quiet, but still not too far from activities. The place is very relaxing.

The cabin was an easy drive, though you might want a 4wheel drive to get out of the drive way lol. All and all it was a great place to stay. Wonderful view of the river. A very relaxing trip.

Fantastic Stay at the Cartecay

The property was remote and quiet, but not too far from activities in the area. My family had a great time fishing and goofing around in the river. Hosts were great, experience was great, I would not hesitate staying here again!
