We had an amazing stay in Ellijay! The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and provided excellent communication from start to finish. The property was exactly what we were hoping for: clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location to explore everything the area has to offer. One of our favorite parts was the river right on the property. We spent time floating and relaxing, and it made our vacation even more memorable. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that’s close to local attractions while still feeling like a true mountain retreat, this is the place. We made so many wonderful memories and would absolutely stay here again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at River’s Rest in Ellijay! What an appropriate name! We couldn’t have found a better place to get away, slow down, and enjoy some much-needed time together while celebrating our anniversary. The cabin was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail was truly second to none! You could tell that a lot of thought and care went into making sure guests had everything they could possibly need. And when I say this cabin had EVERYTHING, I mean everything! We never once found ourselves wishing we had brought something from home.Between the peaceful surroundings, the beautiful North Georgia mountains, and the river, River’s Rest certainly lives up to its name. It was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relax, recharge, and simply enjoy being together. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to return next summer with the rest of the family! We made some wonderful memories here, and we can’t wait to make more.If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway where the owners have truly thought of every detail, River’s Rest is the place! We can’t recommend it enough!
