Se ami la vista sulle montagne e sul lago, questo è il posto che fa per te! Questo condominio al piano terra può ospitare 6 persone e si apre su un grande parco direttamente sul Lago Dillon con vista su 10 Mile Range e Keystone Resort. La camera da letto principale ospita un letto king-size e un bagno completo annesso. Una parete unica con porte scorrevoli per il fienile offre un secondo quartiere privato con letto singolo e rotelle. Rilassati nell'accogliente angolo di lettura! Un divano letto queen-size nel soggiorno può ospitare 2 ospiti aggiuntivi. La stufa a legna e la sala da pranzo per 6 persone rendono questa unità accogliente, ma le grandi finestre panoramiche con cursore offrono viste che possono toglierti il respiro !! Non sono necessarie scale o ascensore per le migliori viste sul lago Dillon con facile accesso a Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, Vail, Frisco e Silverthorne. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Vieni a visitarci! Esperienze INCREDIBILI ti aspettano !!!

Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Dillon e vanta una posizione strategica in montagna e sul litorale. Keystone Resort (stazione sciistica) e Loveland (stazione sciistica) sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, il non plus ultra è Main Street. Dillon Amphitheater è un'ottima meta per una serata fuori, e anche Marina Park è una buona destinazione, se viaggi con dei bambini. Qui non manca niente per divertirsi sulla neve con attività come lo sci di fondo, lo snowboard, le escursioni in motoslitta e lo slittino.

The unique bedroom configuration, size etc is shared in the listing’s description and photos and accommodates up to 4, with additional bedding available in the living room (queen sleeper sofa).

Great, cozy place

My wife and I brought our two kids (6 and 3) and enjoyed this place. It was comfy and had a nice view. We also enjoyed the hot tub.

Idyllic Dillon Stay

Wonderful little condo directly on Lake Dillon. Beautifully decorated and well appointed. Staff at Summit Resort Group were wonderful and Beth the owner of the property was kind and helpful.

A Winter Dream!

What a wonderful place to stay! The condo had every amenity you could hope for (from a well-stocked kitchen to games & music). More than that, it has the most amazing views of Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountains. Our stay was an absolute treat! Many thanks to our hosts. We hope to vist again!

Excellent location for ski areas, grocery needs, retail shops, restaurants. Well appointed kitchen, BBQ grill, beautiful view of the mountains, sleeper sofa if needed. Condo was well stocked with towels, linens. Condo was clean.

Great Location, Cozy Condo

Condo is cozy, but doesn’t feel small for two people. Nice layout and nice decor. Well insulated and quiet. No noise from neighbors. Gorgeous views and close to shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful Little Condo

The interior was absolutely fantastic for a couple or a small intimate group. Really gorgeous inside. Pretty decent location, easy to drive to bus stop or over to Frisco. Check-in was a bit of a hassle. Make sure to get info ahead of time if you are arriving after 5pm.

Amazing Owners in an Amazing Condo

My family has been staying in Dillon for years and this year we rented this amazing Condo! The owners were so attentive and easy to communicate with; we got snowed in and we’re able to rent another night because our flights got cancelled. The condo itself was beautiful, fit all 6 of us perfectly and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Beautiful views & nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very fast to communicate and extremely helpful. The VRBO has a large common area the kitchen is well-stocked. One thing to note is that the second bedroom is right off the master so there isn't a ton of privacy between the two. Fine for us with our toddler, though!

Although the bedrooms are next to each other (originally one large bedroom remodeled to create two), the 2nd bedroom is perfect for those staying with children or teenagers who would like to have that closeness, and also can provide an extra sleeping area for others, as it has a sliding barn door that separates the rooms and provides privacy. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for those who may prefer more distance or privacy when sleeping. We hope you’re family enjoyed Dillon and the surrounding area!

Beautiful condo, Stunning Views, Excellent Location

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas break at this reasonably priced & beautifully decorated condo. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the views of lake Dillon, seriously incredible! Perfect for our kids to go outside and play in the snow and of course such a central location, close to “all the things”. Thank you!

The unit was just as listed. Upstairs neighbors were inconsiderate, but that’s what you get for the convenience of a ground-floor unit. Would stay again.

Beautiful rental and view

We loved everything about this condo. Location, cleanliness, and very homey. Kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil you could think of. Having two bathrooms was a nice feature too. We sat on the patio every day and walked along the trail right outside. It was nice to have several restaurants in walking distance. And the view!!! Amazing

Fabulous Views!

This was our family’s first Colorado vacation. We showed up and my family was in awe of the gorgeous views we had! The condo was clean and beautifully and quaintly decorated. Plenty of room for 5 of us. All adults. It was a perfect “base camp” location with nearby restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Incredible views, convenient location

2nd time renting this unit. Comfy, nicely decorated. A few too many "things" in the unit. Storage of travel clothes and ski items a small issue. Views of lake dillon and the setting sun incredible. Very close to grocery stores, movie theatre, etc.

It is our hope that the accommodations work for all of our guests, including what is provided for storage (chest of drawers, large armoire with drawers and hanging space, bench, wall hooks, etc.), but realize that space inside the unit dictates that and also length of stay and individual needs. The storage room near the unit is a great place for keeping ski equipment during your stay. The central location and close proximity to amenities is a definite plus. Lake Dillon Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Lake Dillon property. We arrived late and I did not notify the property manager. This created a difficulty in checking in, but it was my fault. The owner helped with the situation, and we were able to check in without a problem. The lodging was clean and exactly as advertised and just what we were hoping for. Being there in the winter we could see the frozen lake and the mountains. It was beautiful! I am certain the view in the summer would be just as fantastic. I will plan to stay here next time I travel to Dillon, CO.

Great Weekend Getaway!

The condo was very clean and decorated great! The set up is a little odd when you walk into the bedrooms to get to the kitchen and living room, but it was comfy. We had just a few things we wished there was information on just to help out. There were no instructions on the fireplace, coffee machine, master T.V. and to where the trash was outside. We think maybe the coffee machine was broken as we have one close to the same. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. The views were incredible too! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Thanks for letting us know about the coffee maker and lack of instructions for those couple of things that were missing. So hoping you contacted the property management company during your stay for assistance. They are there to help with those types of things that may come up from time to time. We are working with them to make sure all instructions are accessible and everything is in working order!! Love that you appreciated the comfy master bed and the AMAZING views. Hope to have you back for another stay soon!

We are brother and sister and feel so fortunate to be able to co-own this condo in spectacular Summit County, and we love being able to offer it as a rental. We hope others love it as much as our families do! We've been traveling to Summit County for over 25 years and have always loved this great location close to all the fun resort towns, as well as Dillon itself. There are so many exciting things to see and do!!

Our parents stayed at Lake Dillon Condos for decades, and we thoroughly enjoyed staying with them when we had the chance. We felt drawn to purchase a condo in their favorite complex in their memories in 2015. We love visiting in the summer to hike and mountain bike, as well as visit the surrounding towns of Dillon, Frisco, Breck, Keystone, Silverthorne and Vail. It's always a great time checking out the shops, restaurants, concerts, etc.! And who wouldn't love the AMAZING scenery. The mountains were calling, so we came!!!
