Benvenuti a casa in questo delizioso condominio con due camere da letto al 2 ° piano con una splendida vista sul Lago di Dillon. Passi per la fermata dell'autobus Summit Stage.

Questo condominio 2 camere da letto / 2 bagno bella e conveniente ha molti servizi. Il condominio è situato a tutto ciò che l'High Country ha da offrire ed è un breve tragitto in auto o in autobus per molti ristoranti, bar e negozi della zona. L'appartamento è anche a pochi passi dal lungo percorso rec. Nelle vicinanze troverete una fermata del bus navetta gratuito che vi porterà in molte destinazioni della contea di Summit, tra cui le località di Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge e Copper Mountain.

Il condominio dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, bar per la colazione e un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 6. Il condominio dispone di numerosi servizi tra cui una lavatrice / asciugatrice, camino a gas, TV HD di grandi dimensioni, arredamento confortevole soggiorno, connessione wi-fi e molto altro ancora. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e la propria TV HD. La seconda camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e un set di letti a castello.

Dopo una lunga giornata di avventura, niente batte tornare al tuo appartamento e potersi rilassare davanti al camino. Puoi anche goderti lo scenario dal soggiorno mentre ti rilassi e sorseggiando una tazza calda di cacao. O vuoi rilassarti in una vasca idromassaggio? The views from the house were beautiful and the location is great for day trips to Breckenridge or just enjoying the lake or town of Dillon. We didn’t need them but the house essentials were plentiful. Check in and check out process was flawless and communication was great. I would definitely stay again if coming into the Dillon area.

Great ski location

Spacious and nice accommodations. Had everything we needed for a perfect ski week. Easy to drive or catch the bus to restaurants, shops and more.

Perfect Stay

The property is perfect. Close to all ski resorts, equipment rentals, sotres, & restaurants. The view is amazing and the space was very comfortable & clean.

Trip to Dillon

A nice, quiet place with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. You will need to drive to get to the lake and into town because it is by a busy highway, but it is very close to everything. It was a great place to stay.

Location is great and the view is hard to beat. The condo is as expected for this type of rental. Clean with basic quality furnitionings and appliances.

Clean and Comfortable

Spacious, well equipped and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Dillon Bay condos and found them clean, well equipped and lots of room and great location near Dillon and the local ski areas and management was great with communications and getting in and out with ease.

Great Location

We came to Colorado to visit family and to be able to stay in the mountains on our vacation. This condo is in a perfect location close to all ski resorts and Dillon. Great views of Lake Dillon, it felt like home. The only down fall are the beds need to be replaced.

Family vacation

This condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the club house that was within walking distance of our condo. The view from our balcony of Lake Dillon and the mountains was amazing.

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and was a great space. It was convenient for trips to Buena Vista, Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. It was clean and a beautiful space. The views of Dillon Reservoir were incredible.

Loved the views!

We stayed in this area before, which is why we returned. Loved watching the activity on the lake and the view of the mountains. Minutes from several hiking trails. Close (but not too close) to downtown Dillon and Silverthorne and I-70. Summit County is a special place for us. I hope that we have the opportunity to return.

Excellent stay!

The view of the lake and mountains from the condo can’t be best. Access to the rec path was just across the hwy. The condo itself was spacious and clean with a good size kitchen and updated surfaces. Would def return.

Great views of Lake Dillon

Great location for winter activities, easy access to all the local mountains. Great views of Lake Dillon from the balcony, which makes for a relaxing experience. Kitchen is well stocked for a rental, but you’ll need to get creative with glasses and cutting boards (lots of mugs but few glasses and only one tiny cutting board that we could find). Cozy space with a fireplace and seating for plenty. We would return to this condo!

July Vacation

We had a great time during our stay at your condo. The views were excellent, and the space was perfect for our needs. The only thing that might need to be addressed at some point is the two larger bed mattresses seem to sink in the middle, and might need to be replaced before long. We had a great time overall, and will look forward to possibly booking this location again in the future. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay, location was great

View was awesome, response of management company was fantastic, easy to communicate. Beds were clean and comfortable and living room furniture was great to sit and watch the changing clouds/weather over the lake and mountains. Only issue is be aware the road noise is very loud - you do not hear a peep of it inside, but it makes sitting on the patio to enjoy the view a bit difficult. Also no air conditioning and it was a bit warm in Colorado. Overall enjoyed our stay, the view was great, the location so convenient to much.

property summary

The place was great. It needs a new coffee pot. The coffee pot was a small one like you would have in a motel room. It holds maybe 2 cups. There was 5 of us. Everything else was great. We really like the view.

Exactly as advertised

Wonderfully appointed Condo in the heart of Summit County. Our trip was over thanksgiving vacation, and we found plenty to do around the area with 2 teenagers (snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing). The property managers checked in (by phone) to make sure our stay was going well. Then, on the day we were checking out, a path had been shoveled so we didn’t have to load everything in the snow! Wonderful customer service. We will definitely book this condo again.
