Girls trip

The place was great, Beth Dunn was great, venture out is the place to stay. We had a great time there , and the closeness to St. Andrews park was great. Beth was so helpful, hoping to rent from her for our next stay.

Great Community

Property was fine for only 2 of us. Loved the golf cart for beach access and to view the resort. Weather was not too warm and the aftermath of storm damage was unfortunate.

Great property in great resort

This is a great property. One bedroom with a bathroom, and one great room with seating and up to 4 sleeping spaces plus another bathroom. Also a nice kitchen and a small den. The resort has two pools, beach access, shuffleboard, mini golf, a playground and tennis/pickleball courts all included. The golf cart is great to get around the resort. You're right by the state park with not too much traffic. Highly recommended!

The property itself os not bad. The layout worked for what we were there for. Not far from beach. The only two negatives were the AC was not working and it stayed hot. Would not have expected the mattresses to be too firm to sleep on. Slept on the couch or in recliner each night.

I am sorry your had to sleep in the recliner. I wish you would have notified us of the AC problem. We have since had the repairman out and we have been told the unit needs to be replaced. We would have sent the repairman out earlier if we knew

Snowbird Hideaway

Great location, quiet, safe and comfortable. Could have used a more thorough cleaning. Dryer vent problems were taken care of immediately by owner who was easy to deal with. Great internet but main TV was small and old with analog cable and guest TV did not work. Comfortable king size bed and bathrooms were larger than expected and functional. Lots of sleeping space for kids that we snowbirds would have rather had a dining table than use tray tables but overall it was a good winter home for us.

Great location

Location was good and the golf cart made things really handy. Was really disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the unit. Could use a really good cleaning. Also the cost to register a car was almost double what I was told. Not a huge deal but not accurate. Will probably stay in Venture Out again but will probably look for a cleaner unit.

Amazing trip!

This place was PERFECT!!! My daughter and husband said they would never stay in another hotel again. The house had everything we could possibly need from the golfcart to sand toys. It was spotless and smelled very clean. We have our fingers crossed that we can go back next year.

Perfect getaway

This place is great. The resort is at the end of the beach next to the state park so you're away from all the traffic and noise. The unit is a small house and had more than enough room for my family of four. The golf cart makes it so easy to get to the beach, pool, mini golf, shuffleboard, tennis courts and beach. The pool was heated and not crowded. There's not much activity in the state park this time of year but we still saw a huge gator maybe 25 yards off. Beth, the owner, is super responsive, friendly and helped whenever needed. I can't recommend this unit enough.

Cute Home.

We liked the home. The owner was very nice and replied to me when I had a question. My only issue was trying to maneuver around the oversized king bed. I came home with some bruised knees lol. The house was decorated adorably and the house was laid out very well.

Lots of amenities, clean, great area

This place is very clean, well decorated, comfortable bed. It has an updated bathroom and shower that is beautiful. Owners kept me well informed. Loved everything!

Highly recommend

We loved staying at this vacation home. We highly recommend it!! We loved how the home had everything we needed. It was stocked with clean towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper....things we would normally have to go buy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home too. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great Getaway!

Loved how close the beach and pool were! Golf cart access was great-especially to get to and from the beach with stuff. Clean unit, more than enough space for our Family of 3. Was exactly as pictured. Owner was quick to respond to any questions.
