Un altro dei migliori di Folly! Il 615 East Erie è un moderno cottage sulla spiaggia completamente ristrutturato e decorato con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Soffitti a volta, lucernari e un piano piano aperto offrono spazi abitativi luminosi e ariosi che possono ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone. Ci sono nuovi mobili in tutto e una splendida cucina con ripiani in pietra ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano anche al largo della camera da letto principale. Situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale, è a due minuti a piedi dall'oceano ea sei isolati da Center Street, dove potrete godervi i rilassanti ristoranti, bar e negozi. Questa casa ha un parcheggio sufficiente per diverse auto e persino un rimorchio per barche.

Goditi la serenità dall'elevato portico schermato con vista sulla palude o sul nuovissimo ponte posteriore accessibile dalla camera da letto principale e dalla seconda camera per gli ospiti. Il cortile recintato, dotato di grill privato e ampi posti a sedere, è il luogo perfetto per barbecue con l'intero equipaggio e la vegetazione lussureggiante offre un ambiente simile a un'oasi. Dog Friendly

Enjoyed our stay at Heron house & was happy we were able to bring our fur babies with us. Had our morning coffee on the screened in porch & was a great place to relax. Restaurants and beach within close proximity & were dog friendly as well. Took a day to explore Charleston (only a 20min ride).

Renovation Vacation

We stayed in Folly while our upstairs floors were being redone. It was a great break from our regular routine. Being able to bring our pup with us was an added bonus. She loved the backyard and walks on the beach. We were able to see the marsh land and hear the waves. So many great porches and perfect cozy nooks! we highly recommended staying here!

Excellent

We stayed for 4 nights in late August, two adults, three young kids. The place was great. Exactly as advertised. Great communication from the property management. Easy check in and out process. There were some communal beach accessories available, which was very helpful for kids (shovels/buckets/body boards). Also the marsh view from the screened in verandah was beautiful at sunset. We would certainly stay there again!

Perfection in Folly Beach

We loved our stay here. The house was very clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We had a very small issue when we first arrived...the toilet was leaking a little bit..the property management team was over to fix this within 15 minutes. Other then that, everything else was excellent. A very nice place to stay while in Folly Beach

Perfect spot on Folly!

There are numerous positives about this property —great location close enough to walk but far enough from the hubbub —lovely and comfortable main room —really nicely decorated—felt like staying in someone’s home vs many VRBOs that can feel sterile. This one has great style and feels loved —excellent porch for chilling —bedrooms were great and beds comfortable —yard and as perfect for a dog 🐶 —quiet street with little traffic —kitchen is spacious and well stocked —many nice touches (tp back stock, laundry and dish soap) —discount in bike rental —attentiveness of the team managing the place was great 😊 The beach chair selection was not great so bring your own or rent. Bathrooms were clean but not particularly spacious—small showers. Overall this is an excellent property and we had a great stay.

Would not return-pet owners beware

House was nice but surrounding homes were very run down. Nice view of marsh but several blocks to beach & even further to main street in town. nothing there to do during rainy day. a few games or deck of cards would have been appreciated. Also pet area full of mosquitos after rain so had to crate pet inside. Had issue with partial refund of deposit being kept due to dog waste being left in yard-which was NOT the case-we were very responsible pet owners & cleaned up after our pet so pet owners beware-not really pet "friendly"

Lovely and Well appointed, close to beach!

We were thrilled with this property. Spacious, beautifully appointed, very close to the beach, and in a quiet stretch of Folly. It's a little bit of a hike into town, but it's a short drive and that's part of what makes it so pleasant, the beach was GORGEOUS and uncrowded, and the place has a view of the marshes, super pretty.

Great Location

The place was perfect for me and my family. Less than a mile to the main commercial center - easy walk for dinner or coffee. Short drive to Charleston. Not too far from golf in Kiawah. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful beach beauty!

The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Plenty of space for a family to hang out together, but find quiet places to relax. The porch was so relaxing with a great swing bed! Kitchen was outfitted for any level of cook with a gourmet oven and the extra of a selection of spices to use (always nice to not have to pack or purchase salt, pepper, etc!) Lovely little yard for kids or pups to play. Easy walk to the beach or marsh.

Had a blast

We went down for my daughter to run the Charleston half marathon - which got cancelled due to covid. However, we rented a golf cart and she ran 13 miles on Folly while we followed her and we had a blast. The house is awesome. Plenty of places for people to sit while still being together. The back yard feels like you are in the tropics. The landscaping is beautiful!

Everything and more!

Property was perfect for us. Looked for a place that gave 3-4 different areas that family could work remotely while at Folly. Also needed to be able to host small extended family gathering after our grandson’s baptism. Everything we needed was supplied. Great WiFi, bedding, linens, towels, kitchen, furniture. Extremely clean inside and out. Owners have thought through everything to make your stay wonderful. Really loved the fenced in back yard. Property manager, Folly’s Best Rentals, so friendly and. accommodating. Give this rental 10 stars!!

Clean, updated and nice location

This house looks even nicer in person than it does in the pictures. I loved the abundance of hooks and double racks for hanging towels. Great location, with partial marsh view and easy walk to beach.

Cutest house ever!

My husband & I and our 12 yr old daughter & her best friend (and our 2 dogs) stayed for Easter/Spring Break. The house is even cuter than the pictures online. It's on the west side of the island which has great old shade trees so the streets are perfect for walks/runs. 2 blocks from the beach & two blocks from the park with playground, basketball, tennis and a dog park. The backyard is beautifuly landscaped & was great for the dogs. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful Home!

We loved staying at this home. Nice view of the marsh from the screened in porch with a very comfy swing and rocking chairs. Easy walk to beach with wonderful access. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you’d need to cook with... even a garlic press and muffin pans!! The walk to town was .8 of a mile. Very doable walk as parking is not always easy to find in the heart of Folly. If you have a large gathering with multiple families, there are 2 smaller cottages right behind this property that is designed to be social with them. This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again! :)

Clean, beautiful home; great location; pet friendly

This home was more than we expected. Easy check in process with keyless entry. The home was beautiful, short walk to the beach, close to downtown. The house is bright, open, and clean. Kitchen had all of the amenities. We felt right at home! The neighborhood is safe and quiet. This was such a nice getaway!

Great house for family gathering

The property has very nice appliances, well stocked kitchen utensils and supplies. The home is clean and well decorated without being cluttered. The front porch swing bed is very inviting and comfortable .

Just as advertised - Beautiful!

We went to the house for six days for a getaway with three adults and three children, ages 5, 3 and almost 2. The property was perfect for all of us. It was clean, and safe for the kids. The beautiful front porch was screened in so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting hurt. The location is perfect, just a few blocks walking distance from the beach. We would stay at this property again. Thank you!
