Poipu Sands # 427 è un condominio di lusso con 2 camere da letto con 2 grandi master suite. Entrambi hanno annesso i bagni completi adiacenti e l'intera unità è stata ristrutturata nell'estate del 2009 con nuovi tappeti e mobili installati a gennaio 2015. Questa è una proprietà molto bella, con splendide viste sull'oceano dal lanai e l'interno dell'unità. La cucina è completamente aggiornata e offre molto spazio e servizi.

Campi da tennis privati e una grande piscina che non è mai affollata sono solo due delle grandi cose del complesso Poipu Sands. Il Grand Hyatt Resort and Spa si trova ad est della proprietà ed è assolutamente stupendo. Molti bei ristoranti e cose da fare, caffè mattutino, spettacoli hula serali e musica! L'happy hour sul lanai e sul campo da golf di classe mondiale Poipu Bay si trova a 5 minuti a piedi. Shipwreck Beach si trova appena fuori dalla porta principale e solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia di sabbia. Poipu Sands # 427 è un condominio spazioso e aggiornato con 2 camere da letto che troverai soddisfa ogni aspettativa per la tua vacanza da sogno a Kauai!

Excellent. Well stocked, beautiful breeze, great view of the ocean, grills cleaned every day. Clean with all amenities you could ask for. Beach chairs, life vests, boogie board….kitchen cooking spices, oils, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The check in was flawless and the communication with the host was excellent. They checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was clean and well equipped and the views and the sounds of the ocean from the lanai are amazing

Host was very quick at communicating, the unit had everything we needed! You can’t beat the location, we watched the sunrise every morning from the lanai and went for morning walks on the path along the ocean. We highly recommend staying here, great for families or adults thank you!!

The master sliding door would not open. The front door key combination only worked after 2 tries. The front screen door is hard to open. The kitchen was great and washer-dryier. Pillows were hard.

We had such a wonderful stay at Poipu Sands in Kauai! The condo was incredibly well-equipped, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy meals in. The bedroom AC units worked well, keeping things cool and comfortable, and the beds were cozy, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring.One of the best parts of the stay was the location. Being so close to the Grand Hyatt, Shipwreck Beach, and nearby hiking trails made everything feel easily accessible. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee on the swing benches near the Hyatt watching the sunrise - such a peaceful and beautiful way to begin the day!The scenery around Poipu Sands is absolutely stunning, with lush landscapes and ocean views that make you feel like you’re truly in paradise. Overall, it was a relaxing, convenient, and memorable place to stay, and we would absolutely come back!

Stayed for the Kauai half marathon and had a lovely time. It was very close to the shuttle taking people to the starting line and I was able to make my own breakfast before the race.

We LOVED the location and the amenities and air conditioning. However, the TV/Spectrum would not function, so I left it alone and used rhe ROKU stick we travel with.

Aid conditioner in bedrooms was great, rest of unit was hot and muggy. Had fans running and it helped. Didn't find the pool until the last day but gave it a try, was a little cool.

Great location on property, next to Hyatt, so many walking path options to Hyatt, shipwreck beach and poipu beach. Great home base, very comfortable. Management company qas very heloful as well.

Great place to stay!

The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. Location is great in Poipu, close to the malls and walking distance to the beach. The view is amazing and sometimes you can even hear the ocean. Loved our stay there!

Great ocean view with close proximity to Grand Hyatt Kauai

Great place to stay, view was amazing -definitely has a 70’s vibe to it. The couch was very comfortable. Bedrooms could use some updating, Listing says AC but need to read the particulars/fine print as it was just portable AC units in the bedrooms. Beach towels were available to use. Pool was great. Very close to the Grand Hyatt which has great restaurants and amazing beach. Coffe was not provided so make sure you bring your own.

Wonderful Poipu Condo!

Terrific condo. Well stocked, beautiful ocean views. Close to many great beaches on the south shore. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and will be back again very soon. Highly recommend!

Best balcony with ocean view!

We loved our stay at this property! Very clean and had all the amenities, great location with walking distance to beach and walking paths. And one of my favorite parts: the HUGE balcony with ocean views, lounge chair and high top table to eat meals at. Great value for the amount of space you get. Feels private. Highly recommend!

Pleased & Enjoyed Stay At This Beautiful Property.

I was very happy staying at this property. Some of my favorite things about the property was the ocean view from the lanai. It was wondrous to just step out and see the water from the lanai. I appreciated having the washer/dryer; the 2 master bedrooms were great. If we ever visited Poipu again I would consider staying here in the future.

Wonderful trip!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was absolutely fantastic! The view was stunning! The condo had everything we needed. We loved Puka Dog and Da Crack for fairly cheap eats and seeing the turtles on Poi’pu Beach each evening. Mountain Tubing and the Rum Safari Tour were both an absolute blast. We did a Resort Pass to the Grand Hyatt right next to the condo one day and that was so nice. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Gorgeous place!

We absolutely loved this rental. It was so clean and beautiful with wonderful decor. The view was amazing and the location ideal. There was construction happening during our stay, which we were made aware of beforehand. It wasn't terribly obtrusive but it did get pretty loud. But we still had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful time in Kauai, and we enjoyed staying in this condo. It is a great location, and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. One suggestion: Some of the other condos had beach items to borrow, such as Tommy Bahama chairs and hard-sided coolers, and having those available would have been nice. No complaints though.

Lovely and well-located

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and we found it spotless. It’s just next door (by seaside pathway) to the Grand Hyatt, where you can enjoy tasty (and pricey) meals. The ocean that the property overlooks is beautiful but, when we were there, was red-flagged as too dangerous for swimming. Safer beaches are nearby. We would stay here again.
