Beautiful condo and amazing location. Please note the condo doesn’t have AC which wasn’t an issue at all. The kitchen is well stocked allowing us to cook meals. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Poipu palms, the condo was just as pictured with an amazing ocean view. We loved the proximity to beaches and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay!

Great location with incredible ocean view! Perfect for two couples to be together or have separate spaces when wanted. Access to beaches is short drive or long walk. Everything that we needed in the kitchen or the beach was provided. Would highly recommend this property!

We loved this location! Stellar views of the ocean, updated condo, close to Poipu Beach and a short drive to Koloa town! We loved the lanai with a couch, table, and chairs! We ate breakfast our there every day! Lots of birds to watch too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything worked properly, there were no safety issues, and the pictures are accurate. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The pool and pool deck was wonderful, and we loved chatting with other vacationers. We surprisingly saw whales and dolphins from the lanai, and several turtles were typically in the water just below the pool deck. The location was fantastic, halfway between (and within walking distance to either) Shipwreck Beach and Brennecke’s Beach. Don’t miss Lava Arch either! I think this is the first VRBO I have stayed at where everything went smoothly… I wish they were all managed this well! We hope to be repeat customers in a couple of years. Mahalo, Chad!

This condo was amazing - views for days! We began each morning watching the whales play - turtles - and even dolphins one morning! We finished each day watching the sunset with more whales! So thankful for the binoculars they had in the condo ;-) We love Kauai and this was our first time we didn't stay at the Grand Hyatt. We will definitely be back to stay in the condo...next trip will be celebrating our 20th anniversary! Thanks Chad for the hospitality and great communication!PS great access to the beach and shipwreck beach hike!

Convenient and comfortable Poipu condo

We stayed here for one week with our adult children. The condo was comfortable, clean and an easy "home base" for our Kauai adventures. It had everything we needed and was walking-distance to several beaches. The best part was the lanai where we sat and watched nature unfold: whales, turtles, dolphins and even a magnificent rainbow!

Picturesque setting... no need to compromise between a place with a pool or oceanfront because this nails both. Units are efficient. 2nd time we have stayed in this building and we would love to come back!

Amazing views

We had a wonderful time. Waking up each morning and seeing all the different ocean life was amazing. We also met so many nice people who were staying in the other units. We truly hated to leave.

wonderful stay

Great setting, right up from the ocean, 9 minute walk to Brennecke's Beach. Condo is fairly new and very comfortable. Sitting on the lanai eating breakfast or coffee with the view was awesome. The only downside was you could hear people outside and feel people walking in the condo above.

We love it when a place matches the pictures and descriptions online. This place exceeds the pics! The Lanai is the highlight for sure. Such a beautiful view. Breeze through the palm trees, waves crashing on the shoreline. Birds lightly chirping. Awesome spot to start the day and finish each day. Chad is a great host. very good at communicating in a timely manner and on top of stuff. We really enjoyed our week and felt at home.

We felt totally at home and comfortable in this newly renovated condo. The views from the lanai were spectacular! So quiet and peaceful. Everything that we needed was in the condo! The pool was a plus! Can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable condo and great location.

The property was clean, and the condo had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. The kitchen was equipped with all the dishes and utensils needed for eating in. The furniture and the beds were comfortable. The deck, bbq, and pool were great, and had a beautiful view of the ocean.Chad, our VRBO host did a great job of taking care of our needs and the cleaning crew did a great job of getting the condo ready for us.

Delightful condo

This condo offered a delightful jumping off point for visiting the southern coast of Kauai. The space was clean and comfortable. The appliances and finishes were all new and very nice. The lanai is lovely and the pool is mere steps away. Chad, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Hard to leave!

Beautifully remodeled place, incredible views of whales and dolphins! Comfy beds, great bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need. Space is tight in the king bedroom and the queen bedroom just has shutter doors to separate it from the living room. It worked great for the 2 of us, but might feel crowded for 2 couples. Beaches very close by, chairs, umbrella and cooler were provided. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave!!!

10/10 Would stay again!!!

We stayed here with our 21 year old son. Condo was clean, and the layout was perfect. The lanai had an amazing view and plenty of privacy. We listened to the waves crashing all night. The condo location was perfect for our active lifestyle - great walks in either direction with plenty of wildlife swimming and resting on the beach. So many turtles! I have never had a harder time leaving a rental!
