Real Escapes Properties è orgogliosa di offrire questo cottage ad un livello altamente desiderabile chiamato "The Beach House"! The Beach House si trova su Bruce Drive nel sempre popolare, ma sempre mutevole quartiere di East Beach. Questo classico cottage sull'isola si trova nel cuore del quartiere, a solo 1/4 di miglio da St. Le migliori spiagge dell'isola di Simons.

The Beach House ha un ampio portico accogliente arredato con abbastanza sedie e rocker per diventare facilmente uno dei tuoi punti di ristoro preferiti in questo cottage! Una volta che entri, noterai immediatamente l'abbondanza di finestre lungo il lato e sul retro della zona pranzo rendendola luminosa e gradevole. La pianta aperta e ariosa con tanto spazio per la famiglia e gli amici da visitare è ben arredata.

La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 6 persone al tavolo e 3 sgabelli da bar allo sportello. La cucina è pronta per l'utente con tutto ciò che si può pensare: macchina per caffè americano, tostapane, lavastoviglie, microonde e molto altro! Svoltare a destra in fondo alla hall e si passa un armadio pieghevole che ospita il centro lavanderia - lavatrice e asciugatrice full size. Il tuo primo bagno completo si trova sulla tua sinistra e la camera da letto n. 1 è proprio davanti a te.

Camera da letto n. 1 dispone di un letto queen size, ventilatore a soffitto, ampio armadio walk-in e TV. Puoi vedere che il mazzo aperto è appena oltre il "muro di finestre". Una volta raggiunta la fine opposta del corridoio, troverai la camera da letto matrimoniale king size. Questa bella camera da letto è confortevole e spaziosa e dispone di bagno privato, ventilatore a soffitto e ampia cabina armadio.

Prima di sistemarti per la sera, potresti goderti il portico a schermo intero appena fuori dalla porta sul retro. Un sacco di posti a sedere, ventilatore a soffitto e un tavolo con sedie set. È un ottimo posto per una serata di gelato in famiglia! Ampio parcheggio di fronte a questa proprietà e posto aggiuntivo nella parte posteriore.

Needed getaway

After not having a vacation for three years and then recently having hip surgery, I needed a place for some R&R. The spot was perfect. It had a beach cart all the beach chairs, and needs and only a block away from the beach nice offstreet parking wonderful porches.

Very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place for two couple. I suggest that the owner invest in new pillows which would make for more comfortable sleeping. Otherwise it was all good.

The home is open floor plan, comfortable, quiet and perfect for a couple or small family.We loved the bright beach decor of the home. The porches were a favorite of ours.We are returning next year to this little gem and one of our favorite destinations- St. Simon's Island!

We spent a lot of time on the front porch! I do think the bedrooms and baths could use a little TLC. They looked a little tired and I don't imagine the linen comforter is cleaned after every guest. The dishwasher had mold inside and needed a good cleaning. None of these things stopped us from rebooking next year!

The most perfect little cottage for us girls. In a safe neighborhood, beautiful walk to the beach, gorgeous front porch to relax and have coffee in the morning. We really couldn’t have asked for anymore.
