Vieni a vedere perché questo condominio di Phoenix West è il migliore per la tua famiglia!



Il nostro appartamento è perfettamente situato al 2 ° piano direttamente con vista sulla spiaggia, fiume lento e scivoli d'acqua. Evitare gli ascensori e parcheggiare direttamente su questo piano. Abbiamo anche una serratura per porte senza chiave, quindi non devi tenere il passo con le chiavi durante il soggiorno! Si può godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto in tutta l'unità. Con oltre 2.600 piedi quadrati la proprietà di vacanza è molto spaziosa e comoda. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata trasformando questo condominio in un luogo di vacanza al mare perfetto con tutti i nuovi arredi dalle grandi linee come Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn e Restoration Hardware. Nuovi materassi, tv, illuminazione, inventario cucina, vernice e tende!



I servizi sono abbondanti in questo condominio di Phoenix West: l'unità è dotata di elettrodomestici full-size, wet bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, TV a schermo piatto da 65 "SMART TV in salotto e schermo piatto 55" SMART TV nel master, HDTV 2 °, 3 ° e 4 camere da letto, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è un letto king size nel Master, un pieno sopra pieno e due letti singoli a castello nella seconda camera da letto, un letto matrimoniale nella terza e quarta camera da letto. Abbiamo anche un divano letto nel soggiorno per dormire fino a 14. C'è anche un nuovo arredo polifunzionale di alta qualità con tavolo e sedie a 6 posti, panca per bambini, due sedie capitano con tavolo e due lettini.



C'è un fiume lento, scivoli d'acqua, piscina all'aperto con piscina per bambini recintata, piscina interna riscaldata, due jacuzzi, centro fitness all'avanguardia, 4 saune e campi da tennis sul tetto.



C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per prenotare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.

Loved the second floor, no need for elevators. Walked right in from parking to the condo. Huge condo and balcony plenty room for everyone. Large pantry for all the snacks we brought. Had a great time with family!!! Would definitely stay here again. The Kaylors

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed our stay this is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed at this condo. Love the location. Only issues were handle on microwave was not working properly and toilet is one of the bathrooms continued to run constantly so might want to get those 2 things fixed. Otherwise was a great family vacation.

Family Beach Trip 23!

Management is highly responsive! Condo is nice but the appliances, cookware, and family room furniture could use an upgrade. The lazy river, water slide and pool were a hit with the kiddoes!

Easy to check in, unit was lovely. BUT, Parking is expensive since we're already paying for stay. The indoor pool was not heated, disappointing. The cutlery was dull, knives and scissors wouldn't cut. Can opener did not work and we borrowed one from neighbors.

I took my two daughters and their husbands and all 5 of my grandchildren here. We have age range 5 years to 3 months. This unit was perfect! The 0 entry pool, kid pool, lazy river and slide were all a hit. We had plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was huge and overlooked the slide and lazy river. The manager of the property was very responsive when I had a question. The unit was clean and in great shape when we arrived. We are already planning to book again.

We had an Amazon order of beach towels (FYI company does not supply them) and the front desk repeatedly said they couldn't find the box! After showing the delivery picture they "found it". They had local security people that simply walked around the property demanding guests show their wristband. Way over the top.

Wonderful property

We have stayed at Phoenix West multiple times and love it there. This particular condo is very convenient and the rooms were furnished in a way that worked great for us, especially the bunk room for all our kids. The furniture in the living room also was a drawing point but it is either broken (recliners) or worn out (sofas) so not really very comfortable. The closet door in one of the bedrooms needs to be repaired as well but overall we loved our time there and would definitely book it again.

Enjoyed our week long stay with kids and grandkids!Positives:Amazing location, views, and amenities (indoor and outdoor pools with lazy river)Perfect lay-out to the condo-spacious living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms, huge deck with stunning views of the gulf, very nice patio furniture, beautiful decorNegatives:Very dirty floor and area rugs (we had crawling babies and had to purchase a bucket and mop to clean)Worn out furniture, needs a refresh- recliner is broken

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the additional ice maker was beyond Perfect!! The ONLY downfall was the water slide. It was only open 2 full days during our week stay. The slide was a big part of our booking due to having 5 grandkids with us. The lazy river did save the day! Staff was very pleasant! We can’t wait to return!!!

Time at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the past 9 years we have had a family vacation at Phoenix West in Orange Beach Alabama—and have never had a reason to stay elsewhere. Of course there have been a problem or two over this period of time but a phone call took care of it within a couple of hours. The location is so convenient and the condos have always been clean, inviting and have all the conveniences of home. View from the balcony is such that we always spend a great deal of time there. We just got home yesterday and have already made our reservation for next year!!

Family vacation

As always we love staying at the Phoenix West. As far as the unit goes there was some little issues that may need addressed. The stool in bedroom 2 needs a new seat before some really hurts themselves. The mattress on that bed does not match the boxsprings, its too small. Needs a stove light and a light above the stove. The kitchen was stocked great with dishes and pots and pans. Loved it!! dfit the

Lovely condo on the beach

We all absolutely loved the Phoenix West. Great location! There were 12 of us, from 2 years old to 63. Clean, well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you would need. Extra ice maker was very handy. Spent many hours at the water slide, lazy river and pools. Evenings were spent with our little grandkids playing in the sand and ocean during sunset. Spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony. Enclosed parking was awesome! Definitely came in handy the morning we were leaving. It was storming like crazy and were were able to load the vehicles and remain completely dry. Great place to stay!
