Questa è un'unità premium offerta a un prezzo inferiore a quello selezionato !!! Nuovi mobili! Una serratura della porta d'ingresso senza chiave in modo da non dover tenere il passo con le chiavi !!

Phoenix West è uno dei condomini più lussuosi del Golfo! Si può godere di una vista spettacolare sul Golfo dal balcone o attraverso le finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno e in ogni camera da letto. Con oltre 2.600 piedi quadrati l'unità è molto spaziosa e arredata a nuovo.

L'unità è decorata in modo professionale con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile di dimensioni standard, mobili su misura, ripiani in granito, mobile bar con fabbricatore di ghiaccio, HDTV a schermo piatto da 70 "in salotto con TV a schermo piatto da 50" nelle camere da letto, lavanderia con dimensioni standard lavatore e asciugatore. Tutte e quattro le camere hanno letti king size !!! C'è anche 2 divani letto Queens nel soggiorno e due letti singoli a scomparsa se hai bisogno di più spazio per dormire 14 in totale. Abbiamo anche un'unità 3br su questo stesso piano se hai bisogno di un altro condominio.

C'è un fiume lento, uno scivolo acquatico, una piscina all'aperto con una piscina per bambini recintata, una piscina interna riscaldata, due vasche idromassaggio, un centro fitness all'avanguardia, 4 saune e campi da tennis sul tetto.

C'è un limite di età minima di 25 anni per riservare l'unità che verrà applicata senza alcun rimborso per violazione.

Parcheggio: è necessario acquistare i pass per il parcheggio all'arrivo, sono una tantum di $ 35 per veicolo. Qualsiasi unità da 4br che noleggi a Phoenix West garantisce che puoi acquistare fino a TRE pass per il parcheggio, la reception ti venderà pass aggiuntivi in base all'occupazione del complesso durante il tuo soggiorno ma non prevedi di poter acquistare un pass extra durante il stagione estiva.

Fall Break Trip

This place has everything our group needed from ages 5 months to 55. Plenty of sleeping arrangements ,large kitchen, dining and living room. Recliners were a huge plus! Even the pull out coaches were comfortable. The views were absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely book this unit again!

FAMILY VACATION 2025

Over all the experience was Wonderful. We were excited that the Lazy River maintenance was completed prior to our arrival. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and the gounds were beautiful and clean. The floors in the condo were very dirty causing our feet to be black! There was a mop, but no bucket. The vacuum cleaner needs replacement and no broom or dust pan. I purchase a broom and steam cleaner because I didn't want my grandchildren playing on a filthy floor. My husband noticed the fire extinguisher read empty. He notified the front desk but it had not been replaced prior to our leaving. Also the filter on the ice maker needed serving. I realize these condos get a lot of use, but the rent was not cheap, just shy of 6000. A little attention the things I mentioned would make all your renters happier.

Great place for a family vacation and we can't wait to go back. The only thing I would suggest if you are planning on cooking bring your own pot and pans.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful stay at Phoenix West Room 1009 over Labor Day weekend! Clean, well decorated and equipped kitchen, linens and floats. A plus was that there were box fans in each bedroom closet for those of us who have to feel the air directly on us at night for a good sleep. The balcony furniture was perfect for our big group of 7 adults and 4 kids under 12. Great location and easy to get in and out whether you’re turning left or right onto the strip. Only issue we had while here was that there are only two hot tubs and only one was operable. For such a large facility, just seems they would provide more hot tubs. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Togetherness

This property was beautiful, roomy & almost perfect. There were a couple of hiccups but one of my sons was able to repair one issue w/one of the toilets the first day. The owners need to add more coffee cups ( there were only 5 and our group of coffee lovers numbered 13) but overall it was great. Lots of good new memories made.

Beach Stay

The condo was big and layed out very well, the only issue we had was it was very dirty, after 2 hours the kids feet was black with dirt, took pictures and sent to property manager on Sunday got a response on Monday with sorry about it being cleaned do you want me to send crew back to clean, this should not have been asked and I did not respond, The pool and staff was great and helpful. Just not very clean.

Amazing View

The condo was as advertised. The balcony and view were amazing.It definitely could use a deep clean, if you didn't have something on your feet they would be black. There was black mold in master shower and the paint was peeling off the kitchen drawers. I rented this condo mainly because of the amenities the lazy river, slide and indoor pool but please note if there is lightning they close the indoor pool also. But overall I recommend this condo.

Awesome get away!

Beautifully decorated. Plenty of comfortable furniture. Huge corner balcony. Small things need addressing, but nothing that would spoil our stay… light was out in laundry room, broken broom so we couldn’t sweep, paint peeling on kitchen drawers and toaster control knobs broken off. I’m sure the toaster, light bulbs and broom would’ve been addressed if we had called, but like I mentioned earlier, those were small things that wasn’t going to impact our stay that much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation.

Great vacation could use some TLC

The room itself was spacious with attractive furnishings. The location was excellent as were the complexes facilities. The beach was outstanding and clean. The main problem was the interior care of the condo. The floor was filthy upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets had no baseboards (weird) and underneath them was so much junk and filth including a rotten apple which was not ours along with a dirty pair of underwear not ours either. The refrigerator had cracked shelves and leaked all over the floor. There was only ONE dishcloth and no storage bowls for leftover food. All in all it was a great room but someone needs to follow up on the cleaning crew.

Phoenix West 10th floor view of Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We share this getaway with 3 other couples. This was our 4th year of doing this. This unit was very nice. The three swivel-rocking-recliners were a hit. For the most part, it was super. There were a couple issues when we arrived, but Charlotte took care of them quickly. And the door code changed and she also corrected that fairly quickly. Two things to pass on to Charlotte, the microwave needs the roller-ring that's missing and the queen size bed we slept in was made up with king size sheets. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Favorite place to stay

We have been coming to stay at Orange beach for 40 years and this is by far the cleanest and friendliest place we have ever stayed! Everything about this stay was smooth from check in to check out!
