The home was immaculate and full of old world charm. Every amenity you need they provided. The beds were very comfortable! There is more than enough closet space in every room, the kitchen has plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware to make any chef happy. Furniture was very nice and pleasant to sit on. The balconies (two in the master, one in the 3rd bedroom - both upstairs) were furnished pleasantly all the way down to a fire pit. Each bedroom had a bathroom which is so nice, the master has a jetted tub. The hosts provided a binder of their local favorite restaurants and places to visit which was very helpful. They also stayed in touch and responded quickly. I forgot to validate my birthdate I was very thankful they text me a reminder otherwise they would have had to cancel my booking. The home is just a few blocks from the ocean, easy walking distance. The train station and Hostel across the back canal from the home were not a problem, they respected the sound ordinance plus we were out exploring all day. We enjoyed staying at Casa Azzura, we look forward to going back next year. I highly recommend this home.

The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, harbor, Funk Zone, State Street and many local restaurants. The nearby hostel is part of the West Beach community and respectful of the neighbors and surrounding area. The Amtrak trains can be heard from time to time because of the home’s proximity to the station, however many guests are not bothered by the sound. We are here to help throughout the booking process and during your stay. Our goal is for every guest to have a wonderful vacation and create lasting memories. We look forward to welcoming you back. Wonderful Place, close to everything we needed ..shoppijng, eating, beach walking, art galleries etc.Three 65 year old ladies ...had a blast...comfy Yes there is a train station right there but it was no biggie.... can where an ear plugs if the whistle bothers you.Lovely stay

Great house, perfect for our group while attending our daughter's wedding. The bedroom upstairs was perfect for "getting ready" pics with bride. Very close to the SB courthouse as well as shops, beach, and restaurants. The reception dinner was held at State and Fig, which was also very convenient.

Great location. Walked everywhere; beach, restaurants, shops. The fire pit on the balcony became a favorite location to chat and plan our next day. We love Santa Barbara and would certainly stay here again.

Cool house in the heart of it all

This property was awesome for my extended family. The many decks were awesome as was the fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, comfortable beds and couch, clean, as described on the listing. The only thing is there is a train that is kind of loud nearby but it didnt seem to run that often at night. Would stay again

Incredible spot

I stayed here with a group of 6 girls for the weekend. The location could not have been more perfect right on the beach, 5 minutes to the Funk Zone, and 10 minutes to the heart of State St. The house was spacious and comfortable. The multiple porches & balconies were our favorite part as we enjoyed many meals and cups of coffee on them. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely family home close to everything

Just came back from a week stay at this lovely home in Santa Barbara. Great home - very large, tons of room. My two teenagers were able to get the quiet alone time they wanted and we had plenty of together space. Location is excellent - close to everything, we walked to every meal and the beach. Would happily stay again.

Clean and roomy

We were in Santa Barbara for my daughter’s wedding. My sons and I stayed at the house. It was well appointed, very roomy and clean. I highly recommend this place and it’s great location.

Perfect spot

Lovely, spacious house in perfect location. Well equipped, very comfortable, especially loved all the verandas off each room. The one minor drawback was the small bedroom with trundle bed with half bath would not have worked well for a couple.

Great news! The owner of the property has converted the room with the trundle bed to a queen size mattress! We are very excited. We are glad you enjoyed the property. Having the patios off of each room is rare. Plus, the location is only a short walk to the beach which is great! We are happy you were able to enjoy the patio area and your stay in the home!
