Una bella casa di famiglia con 3 camere da letto con un enorme giardino situato in uno splendido e tranquillo quartiere ai piedi di Santa Barbara tra Santa Barbara e Goleta. Il soggiorno ha un camino a legna, comodi divani e zona pranzo. La cucina ha una propria sala da pranzo separata che si apre sul patio laterale ed è completa di fornelli elettrici e forno, microonde, frigorifero e congelatore, caffettiera e utensili completi. Al piano superiore sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size e un bagno privato, la seconda camera ha un letto queen-size e la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Il giardino ha una bellissima area per cenare all'aperto, una colonna di riscaldamento a gas accanto al tavolo del patio e un barbecue a gas, ed è pieno di alberi da frutto - arance, mandarini, mandarini, limoni, lime, prugne e avocado.

La casa si trova su Cathedral Oaks Road, con bellissime aree escursionistiche e parchi raggiungibili a piedi, ed è vicino all'autostrada 101, per accedere in pochi minuti al centro di Santa Barbara e alle spiagge. Molto vicino anche ai centri commerciali e all'UCSB

Peaceful get away

Beautiful home, will definitely book again

Our stay at this Santa Barbara Foothills home was excellent. The house is clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The large garden with outdoor seating was nice for relaxing. The washer, dryer, and parking made things convenient, and it’s pet-friendly, which worked well for our dogs. The location is close to Santa Barbara attractions. The hosts were friendly and great to work with. Would definitely book again.

Weekend trip

This is a lovely small house with a beautiful back yard. The street is fairly busy so you hear some traffic, but it’s not too loud. We had a great stay and would come again!

Goleta Stay

We enjoyed our stay, they were so kind to accept our reservation on a short notice. Our house was being fumigated and we were able to have our dog and cat with us. The back yard is beautiful and the space inside was clean and comfortable.

Good place to stay for weekend trip!

The house is really comfortable and has everything you need. We had a great weekend stay! Location is really good just 10 mins drive go downtown and theres a lot around. Kitchen is well equipped, and house is spatious with nice beautiful outdoor area. Enjoyed it here.

Upstairs bedrooms were fine. Bathrooms were older with some issues. Downstairs family space was a bit crowded with older furniture. Unable to access free or streaming TV.Very large backyard. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient location for us so it worked out well for our family.

Wonderful family holiday property

When looking for a place to spend the holidays, we look for coziness and convenience. This property and the hosts filled the bill. It was easy to access and just as described in the listing. And the hosts went to extra step to even include a bit of holiday lighting and decor! Communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. We would definitely consider returning in the future!

Our mini getaway for Three couples

Pleasant Stay

Stayed here while we were visiting extended family in the area for a weekend. Check-in was very easy, and all the basics we needed were in the home. House has a beautiful backyard and is in a convenient location. The only small bummer was the traffic noise along Cathedral Oaks throughout the night was tough to sleep through. Otherwise a pleasant stay. It would be a great place to stay if you have kids given the terrific backyard!

Great for Families

A perfect large, comfortable home for families. Everything a person could possible need to stay for a week or so is provided in the home, even an iron and ironing board for those last minute wrinkles. Warm, comfortable, inviting, and lots of eclectic art pieces for your viewing pleasure. Extremely clean. I highly recommend renting this home. Hopefully, we will be coming back, too!

This was the perfect spot to reunite with friends. There were plenty of beds & all amenities available for use (grill, kitchenware, towels & blankets) w complementary wine from Thomas. It was a 15 min uber ride to the beach & bars in downtown Santa Barbara. The weather was perfect! Definitely would plan another trip to SB! Thank you!

This is a modest home with an attached private office and a lovely backyard. Initial communication with the host was excellent. Unfortunately our stay coincided with high temperatures in Santa Barbara,. The listing indicated individual air‑conditioning units in each room, but the home has evaporative “swamp coolers,” with no explanation or instructions on their use, These add humidity and were not effective in the heat even after purchasing ice to add to the units as hosts suggested, To address this, we rolled back the comforters and used single top sheets. for ourselves and the children.We also experienced disposal drainage issues. The kitchen sink drained very slowly and during the last two days the dishwasher backed up into the sink. We notified the host at checkout and shared a video of the issue. We were able to determine at our time and expense that the blockage was beyond 20 feet down the line. We left the property clean and fortunately happened to document the condition with video before departure. After checkout, we were sent a photo of a broken outlet faceplate and told the home required excessive cleaning. Our footage shows the outlet intact and the home in good order, with only a small load left in the dishwasher per the host’s instructions.We enjoyed the garden, but future guests should know: the home does not have true air‑conditioning, and it’s wise to document the property’s condition on arrival and departure.

Nice, Well Equipped House in Goleta

The house was very nice, clean, comfortable, and has a lovely back yard. Two bedrooms face a busy road but it quiets down at night. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of cooking and eating utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. We had a minor issue with the icemaker and some kitchen outlets not working, but these were easily worked around. Overall the house was perfect for our trip to celebrate our daughter's UCSB graduation.

Very comfortable home

The house was wonderful, and the owners were warm, welcoming, and friendly. The backyard is beautiful, and was a perfect place to hang out and relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is great - approximately half way between the UCSB campus and downtown, and a short drive to Highway 101. The yard was great for our little dogs, and we could relax because the space was securely fenced. Of the four adults in our group, I'm the lightest sleeper (and should emphasize that I'm an EXTREMELY light, ultra-sensitive, sleeper). The other three adults had no trouble sleeping, but the road traffic was enough to wake me in the early hours (I was in one of the front bedrooms). But the others had no problem at all. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again -- I'd just request the back (master) bedroom. On this trip, we gave that room to my 90-year old dad, so he could have his own bathroom, and be able to find it easily in the middle of the night. We loved the lemon, orange, and avocado trees, and we even juiced some oranges using the home's juicer. This house was awesome.

Family Visit

Property was very accessible, clean, and easy. Thomas and Despina took care of everything to make sure the family was well-received and comfortable. Having the backyard for morning breakfasts and a family dinner was great. The room-specific air conditioners were a great touch. Thanks for helping make the family visiting very welcomed and comfortable.

Beautiful Property & Great Neighborhood

I traveled to SB/Goleta for the first time w/ my 2 small Shiba Inu dogs. I was very pleased with this property. Not only was it very clean and comfortable, it has an incredible backyard that enabled my dogs to run around and wear themselves out. Also a great neighborhood for dogwalks. Property is in close proximity to 101 freeway, stores and restaurants. Property owners were very quiet & respectful of privacy. Definitely recommend.

Nice Place But Noisy Street

The house was clean and it was easy to converse with the owners. Our experience with the neighborhood is that the street was very busy and noisy, especially at night. With two bedrooms facing the street the noise throughout the night was an issue. That is the main reason I did not rate this place any higher than three stars. This was the first place we have stayed that did not have a 'book of information' about the city and surrounding area. Not a big deal, but it is something for the owners to think about. Some area attractions, maps, menus, locations of stores or museums, etc. would be helpful.
