Great Vacation Home!

Our group had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The home was extremely clean and very comfortable for the five of us. We especially enjoyed having the pool and relaxing on the lanai. The home is located a very short drive to the public beach access and several restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Everything about our stay here was perfect! The property was just as listed- super comfy beds, great kitchen with lots of counter and table space, and everything was very clean. We were close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The best part of the house was by far the pool- my kids loved it and spent hours enjoying it- especially in the evenings. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I highly recommend this property!

House was beautiful, extremely clean. Rooms very spacious. All amenities exactly as pictured on website. Gary was a perfect host! Gracious and accommodating from booking until departure! Walmart and beach within 5 mins drive. Don't hesitate to rent for enjoyable getaway!

Great Property with great Hosts.

Although we arrived right after Hurricane Helene, there was very little impact to the house. And if there was, it was cleaned up before our arrival. The House was well maintained and the instructions for checking in, out, and overall for the stay, were clear and easy. Gary and I chatted, through in-app messaging, several times during our stay. He was always quick to reply. Overall, our stay was great! I definitely recommend this property!

Perfect accommodations!

The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our 5 day vacation in FL. The house was super clean, decor is modern and they’ve thought of all the extras: bikes, sleep number bed, nice coffee maker, beach towels, variety of pillows, beach chairs, plenty of bath towels, extra blankets etc to make your stay as much like home (but better) as possible. Location is close to everything but away from everything. The beach we went to (Indian Rock) wasn’t crowded and ultimately we loved the location and proximity to Clearwater, St. Pete and Tampa. The house & pool were the perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. I wish all rental hosts were as thoughtful as these guys!

Great Family Vacation!

We stayed at Gary and Krista‘s property with our four year-old daughter, our friends and their eight and three year-old daughters. The house was perfect size with a large kitchen and table for ease of cooking for a large group. Our kids were in the pool every day and it was clean and the perfect temperature. The hosts provide pool chairs, pool toys, pool towels and everything else you need for a great swim. Full size washer and dryer helped us to wash towels and clothes as needed. The host even had some beach chairs and tent for us to borrow when we went to the beach. The location is centrally located and close to lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops. We had a small A/C issue but Gary was quick with communication and had someone out to fix the problem within 2 hours. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Clean and relaxing!

This property is very inviting, relaxing, and in a nice neighborhood. Everything is updated, clean, and spacious. The large island was perfect for our needs! All of the appliances worked well. The showers are nicely sized. Plenty of natural light comes in, even with the white shades pulled. The Lyft drivers and food delivery services we used had no problems finding us. Publix is a convenient 5 minutes always for all of your supplies. The pool is not heated, but it is in the sun most of the midday. I think it may be beneficial to have a dark colored solar shade to heat the pool (rather than a clear one). We didn’t find there to be a temperature difference with or without the solar cover. We spent most of our time on the pool deck, in the pool, or in the shade on the pool deck because it was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we needed. The two bedrooms with the queen beds have wonderful high-end air conditioning units that made sleeping extra comfortable.

Wonderful place to relax near Clearwater beach

My husband, myself, my sister and 2 children under 5 just spent over a week at this place and it was wonderful:) Gary was very accessible and answered all our questions promptly. The check in process was simple which was nice after a long day of travel. The pool and backyard is immaculate and the pool was cleaned by a lovely gentlemen by the name of Brian once while we were there. We would have used it more had the weather been warmer but it was surprisingly chilly most days. Gary gave us some suggestions of parks nearby to checkout which did and they were very close and very cool. The location is pretty good with lots of shops close by including a Walmart down the road. The bikes were awesome and well used. My husband and I were able to walk down to Gulf Blvd. one evening with my sister staying with us. Great restaurants all along the beach and the walk was doable (we cabbed back because the IPAs were tasty ;) I highly recommend this place for a relaxing family vacation. It is on the main road so you do hear a bit of traffic but it wasn’t bothersome for us. Thanks again for having us! Back to snowy Canada!

Good:The property is very close to several beaches and easy to find. The pool was nice and our kids swam every day. Communication from the host was excellent. The check in/out process was seamless. The host provided a house guide that was very helpful. Not so good:The couches in the living room weren’t very comfortable, so relaxing after a day out and about was a bit of a challenge. Cookware and tools in the kitchen were somewhat lacking, and there was only one hand towel. Soap in the master bathroom was watered down and the shower had trouble draining after the first day. The only way we could sleep 8 was to use an air mattress (that was provided). Overall, it was an OK stay. Not quite what we were expecting from a house with a 10.0 rating.

Amazing!

Love at first sight! The moment we walked in we decided we wanted to stay an extra night if it was available. Technology is current....our kids had to show us how to use some of it! From the pool to the the bedrooms every detail was thought of for a wonderful stay. We had access to bicycles and beach items. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to enjoy everything they offered. Oh, almost forgot...Gary touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive from the time we booked the home and through our stay. We will be back in this area again one day and THIS is where we will be staying! Thank you for a great vacation home!

Perfect vacation in Largo

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Gary and Krista's home. The home was spotless and beautiful! Family Friendly Rental

Very clean, updated near beach escape. Owners were excellent to work with. Nicely stocked kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. We had 4 adults and 3 kids which this house accommodated very well. Heated pool was a bonus at the end of a busy day.

Great family retreat house!

Overall this house was beautiful. Other than a few hiccups such as the AC not working and the grill out of propane we had a wonderful time. Gary was very good at communicating with us on these issues. Would definitely recommend to other families. (Oh and I agree with the comments on the extremely uncomfortable living room furniture. Not the best to sit on. )

Amazing house

My family of 4 adults and 3 kids had an amazing stay in this great home. The home is beautifully renovated with top of the line fixtures and finishes. The pool is large with a great outdoor/barbecue area. The kitchen is fully equipped with pans, plates and cooking utensils. There are even beach toys and bikes available in the garage. The small touches are great-soap available for the dishwasher, cleaning supplies and even detergent for the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again

Great stay

We recently stayed in Largo for a family vacation with 5 adults and a child and the property was fantastic. Gary was very easy to work with and the house was fab. When we arrived we found some unexpected surprises such as a high child, plastic plates, bowls, cups, etc which made our lives traveling with a child so much easier. The house was a short drive to gorgeous beaches and had tons of shops, coffee, pharmacies, etc around which made quick errands easy. The only downfall is that the living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. Overall this place is a total winner and the owners are of the highest level of professionalism to deal with. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic property!

What a great stay! The place we booked initially had not been cleaned even though we arrived a couple of hours after check in. We were so lucky to have found this property last minute. Gary was super helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location.
