Non c'è niente di meglio di un posto in prima fila sul lungomare e vista sulla spiaggia e sull'oceano oltre! Splendido duplex fronte oceano con 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi e 2 1/2 bagni con abbondanza di dormire per 12. Il primo livello ha un garage con parcheggio per 2 auto ed è anche dove troverete sedie a sdraio e un frigorifero extra per conservare bevande e ghiaccio. Al primo livello si trova anche la lavanderia, 1/2 bagno, BR # 1 w / 2 letti singoli, zona doccia esterna chiusa e accesso diretto alla spiaggia e al lungomare. È possibile utilizzare la scala a chiocciola per accedere al livello di vita principale o andare direttamente dai gradini frontali chiusi all'ingresso della proprietà. Il 2 ° livello è dove troverai la zona giorno principale con ampie viste sull'oceano. Un mazzo situato fuori dal soggiorno è il luogo perfetto per un caffè mattutino o un drink pomeridiano. Un camino elettrico per allontanare le notti fredde e una grande TV intelligente sono offerti per farti sentire come a casa. Una grande cucina / sala da pranzo ben attrezzata si trova proprio dietro il soggiorno dove si trova un passaggio, quindi non ti senti separato dal resto della festa. Il livello successivo offre 3 camere da letto aggiuntive tra cui una Master Suite con vista sull'oceano con terrazza privata e letto king size, 2 camere doppie con letti singoli e un'altra camera da letto con una regina condividono un bagno in sala. Sulla rampa di scale per un soppalco troverete un altro bagno completo, 2 letti queen size e una cuccetta doppia / singola. Parcheggia e cammina!

Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful long weekend at the beach! The property was perfectly-situated to watch the calming sunrise and ocean waves. Just what the family needed for some rest and relaxation!

Amazing stay- can’t beat the location

Our family had a wonderful time at the property. Plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen fully equipped. Bedrooms very comfortable. You really cannot beat the view and proximity to the beach. We had an amazing time.

Great ocean front and on the boardwalk. Perfect location and the house was ideal for kids. Third floor was heavenly for those under 18. House nicely equipped. We will be back!

Perfect location and property

Right on the boardwalk and beach, this property made for a perfect vacation. We had 4 adults that all slept comfortably and enjoyed their stay. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfy and plenty of space in the common areas. And it's about 10 steps out the door to the beach and easy walk to Rehoboth Ave. Amazing views from the 2 balconies too! The kitchen could use a few more items and the outdoor shower is a little hard to access (and not really outdoor) but other than that, this place has everything. We already booked it for next year!

Wonderful vacation!

The house was very nice with a perfect location on the beach and close to everything. We really appreciated the garage and all the beach chairs. Lots of bedrooms and large kitchen. We loved thd updated master bath. The basement bedroom linoleum floor definitely needs replacing! The sliding glass door in the living room is very difficult to open and close. Also could use ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Check in and out was a breeze! We had a great time and will be back.

Loved our stay in Rehoboth!

My family’s first trip to Rehoboth. Last year we went to Lewes, my family wanted the waves in Rehoboth! I really loved the location of this house-right on the beach and boardwalk. Very convenient to everything. I was worried being on the boardwalk was going to be too noisy but it was just south of all the action-perfect for taking walks. And still close enough to walk to restaurants and get ice cream! House was perfect-lots of room for 8 adults and 4 young kids. The kids loved the loft. One problem the chairs outside master bedroom are rusty and need to be replaced cannot sit on them. Would definitely go back!

In many ways, this property is lovely—great view, well-stocked. However, the room with two twin beds is unusable because of mildew (eye-watering). The room is on the ground-level with the garage and laundry room. We needed the room and could not use it. It is otherwise beautiful.

Short birthday celebration

We chose this house based on location. It was perfect we were here for a quick 4 day weekend to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. Since it’s 2020 and my kids have remote learning due to Covid 19 I was a little concerned about whether the WiFi would support four girls on their laptops and phones during their school hours! Thankfully the WiFi was strong enough and they were able to enjoy the weekend without worrying they had missed a day of school. The girls loved spending time on the boardwalk at night. I enjoyed long walks on the beach. I would highly recommend this spot. Plenty of room. Very nice accommodations. Perfect location. I’m hoping we will be back!

Great vacation

We loved everything about this house. It was perfectly located on the boardwalk within walking distance to the shops but not too close to add extra noise. The house was clean, adequately stocked with kitchen items, had updated bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint is with a service call we put in the first day. There was an electrical issue that was intermittent in the loft creating an outage very so often. The rental company said someone would come out but they never did. We made due, but not having follow up makes me concerned for any bigger problems we might have if we rent again. Overall we were very happy with the house. We will definitely be renting again next year.

Awesome location undermined by safety issues

While this location is frankly unbeatable, the property owner and management company have neglected residents' safety and I cannot in good conscience recommend staying here. The railing on the second-floor porch (overlooking the boardwalk and beach) leans precariously and cannot support even light weight (such as resting elbows or hands). The railing is a major threat to children's safety and could also easily produce an accident for an adult. One of the electrical outlets in the property showed signs of melting damage that occurs when the outlet is improperly grounded; I strongly suspect the electrical work is not up to code. Finally, while it is not a safety issue, the internet was not working for the entire 6-night duration of our stay. I reported it as soon as we arrived, but the management company (RE/MAX) no-showed the site visit they themselves had scheduled to check on the router, and they told me they would send a cable company tech but nobody ever showed up or even followed up. Failing to provide internet connectivity as advertised, particularly for a week-long stay, is a disqualifying failure of rental property management.

Very comfortable. The best provisioned kitchen ever...and we owned aa NC rental property for many years and appreciate being able to really cook. The lack of Living room TV cable was challenging com Football time.

Ladies Week

We were so pleased with the location of this property- enjoyed the boardwalk and beach views every day. All conveniences were included in the rental, so glad we were able to bring our little dog. We would def stay here again.

Location, view, parking and master bedroom were 5 star. The house holds a large group well.

Rehoboth Family Time

We loved this house!! We were 5 adults and 5 teenage boys (all 14) and the house was so convenient to everything. We were steps from the beach and the boardwalk. The house was the perfect size to accommodate everyone. We loved the outdoor shower area, which was enclosed so we could put our towels, chairs and boogie boards there securely, wash off from the beach and not bring any sand into the house. We’ll be staying again next year for sure!!

My only concern was that this property was advertised as "pet friendly" and we paid an additional fee to bring our dog. In almost every room, there was rat poison traps on the floor which my dog promptly discovered and started to play with. Cleaning crew could have removed for our stay

New Years Get Away

We had a great time celebrating New Years Eve! The house was very well appointed with outside chairs/cushions and many kitchen accessories too. The house location was perfect that we never had to move the car once parked. It was veey relaxing to watch the ocean, beach and boardwalk from the comfort of this house. I highly recommend this property to others except I would limit the number of adults to 8 for comfortable living room seating when gathering for evening indoor festivities during the winter months.
