Nice Location

Suggestion having ski locker area near slope so you can wear regular shoes to climb all them steps. But house was as decribed, nice and close(walking distance) to Ski lodge, great view of beginner slope. This place was second level of 3. Perfect for ski weekend, thanks

Access to slopes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Steps to the slopes and had a view to see the skiers. That was why we chose this unit. Nice hallway prior to entering the unit and a nice deck that has a view of the slope and the bubbling creak. I suggest the unit needs updating with a fresh coat of paint, blinds, new chair in den, add rails/safety of the bed frame/mattress, and pots:pans.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location great! Balcony looking onto beginner slope, amazing! Not so amazing is the BEDS! Main bed broken, all bedding is cheap and old. Curtains and bedding are inexpensive and could really change the rooms. The curtains don’t even slide for privacy which is needed at location. I get using the older decorations, but this place could use a serious update and good cleaning. We are a family of 5 and loved it, but the outdated look gave this wonderful place an old creepy vibe.

Ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the apartment and the view. The only thing missing was a normal toaster. We had a great time. We didn’t realize there were that many steps to get to the slopes so next time we may get a different unit that is lower. It was tough for our two small kids with their ski boots. Overall great experience and the rental staff was great at answering all my questions.

Sugar Mountain Condo

Overall the condo was great. It's right on the ski slope with great views. It's roomier than we expected and there are lots of places to sleep. Here are some things that could be improved: - Bottom bunk bed in the bedroom needs a new mattress. The current one slopes tremendously. - There were some things that weren't there or were only there in limited supply that surprised us: toilet paper, trash bags, pillow cases, sheets for the pull out bed and coffee - Had some challenges with the wifi going in and out

Stayed for bike park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for bike park, can ride to the lifts and break for lunch at the unit. Can also watch the lifts and see the end of the trails from the deck.This unit is in the middle of building and off the ground, so there is good airflow with the windows and good views from the deck. The kitchen was very well stocked. One shower is very small,I had trouble turning it on and off but my husband used it. The owners turn the hot water heater off when there are no guests, we didn't figure that out until night when we wanted showers. Would have have nice to know at check-in. There isn't air conditioning here, but it wasn't a problem, even in July because the nights were cool. Wish the deck had better furniture, we spent a lot of time there. The bed setup was awesome, lots of room for my family of 5, could have had some friends too. But the mattresses aren't the best and the largest is a full size. Was satisfied with the unit and would consider staying here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our second year using Resort Real Estate & Rental. Last year we stayed at The Branches and was happy with our condo. This year we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. The pillow cases on one of the beds were dirty. It looked though they had not been changed. The comforter was torn and had filling coming out of the corner. In the same bedroom, while laying in the bed, the ceiling looked dirty and was full of pink spots. The bathrooms need new toilets (very outdated). The shower curtain was too small and didn’t cover the entire shower which caused a cold draft while showering. A chair in the living room is broken and when my daughter sat in the chair, it almost flipped backwards. The condo is in a good location but that doesn’t out weigh the lack of cleanliness.

Exceeding my expectations!!

Great unit with everything you could need for a kitchen. There were a lot of places to sleep (not needed because there were only 4 of us). The highlight was the view!! It looked over the ski lift and slopes. There was a short walk and if you have a lift ticket and equipment you could ski right out. The Roku made watching our normal streaming sites very easy!! The walls (and ceiling) is thin but it isn’t an issue if you have respectful neighbors.

Perfect for a Quick Getaway!

The ski in/ski out location was perfect and we loved the view from the condo (it was snowing so that helped!). All the basics were provided with the condo & the kitchen was fine, but the furniture and decor of the unit is quite dated...didn't really matter that much though since we weren't there much!

Great service

The property manager sent someone out to check the heat in one of the bedrooms that was not working. He left a small heater so we were able to stay warm. I would suggest including the area code to the numbers on the refrigerator. I had to pull up my email info to find the correct number with area code. The walls are thin but the neighbors were respectful and we had no problems. Great location if you plan to ski.

Summer Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Peaceful and convenient. Condo was clean. A little disappointed that bathrooms, carpet not updated. Bedroom tv was not connected and did not work. Wish there had been ceiling fans as the daytime temperatures were a little warm. Otherwise this met our needs for a quick get away.

Nice property.

Arrived at 6:30 pm. Keys did not open the door. "Emergency phone number worked and help arrived promptly after report Good view from balcony of creek, ski lift, and bikers returning from the trails to the lift. Watched our teen mountain biking grandson use this for three days. Unit is clean and kitchen well stocked. This 78 year old tenant had difficulty with the 14 steep steps to and from the parking lot.
