Questo condominio splendidamente decorato, con due camere da letto e due bagni, è situato vicino alla base di Sugar Mountain. Ci sono circa 200 metri a piedi dalle piste da sci. Nella camera da letto principale c'è un letto king-size e nella camera degli ospiti c'è un letto queen-size. Questa unità dispone di una cucina completamente attrezzata, di un camino a gas in pietra e di una TV nel soggiorno e di una terrazza per rilassarvi e godervi i suoni della natura. Vietato fumare. No animali.

Great spot for our family of four to go skiing. Comfy beds and plenty of room, with a short hike to the slopes.Only recommendation I have is to bring some dish soap and an oven mitt.

We had a wonderful weekend! The check-in process was very easy and the host was quick to respond to my questions. It was a very cozy stay (considering the cold weather) with everything provided that we needed. I'd love to stay again!

The condo was very well decorated and was incredibly clean. We had a great stay but we wish it had a better walking or skiing path to the slopes.

The property itself was great. The place was very convenient to Sugar Mountain, well-appointed with furniture, comfortable beds, everything we were looking for in a quick ski trip getaway. The path to the slopes is somewhat treacherous, although it can be done. My 9 year old and I hiked it in the snow. A few maintenance issues like the dishwasher being disconnected from the cabinet and tipping. The stocked kitchen included pots/pans/dishes/silverware/cups. Expect to bring any spices dish soap. We experienced a major issue during our stay and it was resolved with some prodding of the management company, RRR.

Close to ski resort

The location was great. Parking was tight. House was very clean but the master sheets didn’t seem to be as clean. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Kitchen is almost fully equipped. Missing a pizza cutter and some cooking pans need to be replaced because they are warped. The upstairs can be a little warm as my son had to use the portable ac unit even with the temp being in the 30-40 degrees outside. It is a little walk to get down to the ski resort and coming back up with gear can be a little tiring. This is not a true ski in ski out place. The unit is nice inside and great for a small family.

Ski Trip to Sugar

Brought my kids to ski Sugar for a few days and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for a group of 5-6 with large queen bunks for the kids. Cooked all our meals at the house and had everything we needed. Easy check in and great communication from management. Great place to stay while visiting Sugar Mountain.

We went to go snowboarding and this property was perfect...Sugar Mountain Ski Lodge is about a 200 yard walk (stairs involved). Also, centrally located near restaurants and groceries. Great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We escaped the FL heat to play tennis here. It’s along the forest path down to the courts. It’s quiet and doesn’t have lots of steps, like some units. Everything you need in the kitchen. First week was hot, so mgr brought in AC units. Internet quit, and router replaced within the hour. Electric quit, but mgr had it turned back on within hrs. All hiccups that were quickly remedied by Joan and Joey, the property.managers. They were great! We’ll be back!

Great ski weekend

A friend and I brought our kids to ski at Sugar (6 ppl total). I decided to book this place for the open kitchen/living rm and location - I was intrigued by the proximity of this condo to the slopes and the ability to walk to the ski lodge if desired. The property had some modern updates done to the living rm and bedrooms - it had nice tv and huge sectional couch. Beds were comfortable. The back deck looked out toward the lodge and beginner slopes. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. Having 2 full bathrooms was very helpful for 6 ppl. The fireplace just and electric faux fireplace, not gas with actual flames, which was one of the only disappointments.

Cozy Bear Manor

There is no AC in the unit. During our July visit, it got a little warm during the day but cooled off at night... It was very clean, cozy, and we loved the decorative bear theme. It really set the tone for us visiting NC. I could tell the owners put a lot of thought into it which is why we are giving it a 5. They had some movies, cards, markers, and coloring books for the kids. The property is pretty small which we enjoyed, but for 6 adults it might get a little tight. However, the couch pulls out and they provide a twin mattress cot as well.

Better than expected

property was clean and well stocked as described. The walk to the ski hill was not too long once we found the path to get to rental/ticket area.
