The place was in a great location with beautiful scenery. However, the bathrooms were quite old and could have been cleaner. I also wish there had been more toiletries provided.

Our girls trip group had a great time staying at this property! It was spacious enough for us, had all the noted amenities, gorgeous backyard, fun gathering spaces and on a quiet and safe tucked away street. The only thing I would mention was the cleaning was not the greatest. We arrived at the house and found a cookie on the ground, old coffee in the coffee pot, some kind of pet kibble in one of the bedrooms, and the sheets had set in stains.

This lovely home was exactly as described and was perfect for our family of 10 with room to spare! Short walk to the beautiful beach where sunsets were something you don’t want to miss. Safe area for children to play outside. Garage has plenty of beach chairs, wagon, toys, scooters, games, etc. Evenings around the fire pit were fun making s’mores! Perfect location and close to South Haven and Holland. Downtown Saugatauk has plenty of things to do!

Property is in an attractive setting. Nice big lawn in rear. Good beach chairs.Indoors looks neglected as far as cleaning goes, random items in closets on floor. Indoors needs some TLC.

Thank you for your review. The guest did show up an hour before arrival time and our cleaning lady felt very rushed to finish. Photos sent by our cleaning lady showed the house in great shape. We appreciate the feedback though and have already addressed it with our cleaning crew.

The owner was helpful. The house was a great size for our family of 13. The twin bed mattresses were not very comfortable, but the other beds were good. The backyard was a huge hit with our grandkids as well the all the toys and backyard equipment. There was not enough silverware, so perhaps that should be purchased before the next rental.

We had an excellent experience at Lake Breeze! Two items that could make it better would be:1. There were not enough towels for each room, particularly for long stays beyond two nights. For the price per night I think clean towels should be readily available. 2. Someone needs to regularly clean the gas grill. It is a nice grill but clearly no one is cleaning it up. The grease pan is do full it runs out the bottom and makes a mess on the driveway.
