Fun Family Stay

Very comfortable accommodations for our family. Very clean, well stocked, great deck for dinners outside, kids loved the game room, fun family shows in the theatre. Saugatuck is beautiful and we enjoyed the shops, restaurants, beach and Dune rides and golf. Evgeny was a wonderful host- kind and always quick to respond.

This beautiful home, spread out on four floors, is definitely family friendly with a game room and movie theater! It would be great as well for a group of adults, no matter the season. The master bedroom and bath are impressive. We appreciated the three showers after time at Oval Beach! The kitchen is confining - but who cooks while on vacation?! We wouldn’t have traded the long table, though, as it was great for dining and Catch-Phrase! The sitting area and table on the second level are gorgeous! We enjoyed that it was walkable to downtown but the price may be more reflective of property on the water. The host was very considerate and accommodating! Our family would stay again!

Weekend family getaway

All the beds here were super comfortable! The walk to downtown was easy and quick. Drive to the beach for a fun filled day was 10 minutes and back to the house for games and family fun. Eugene, the host, was readily available and great.

It was a lovely and clean place to stay for my wedding weekend. The groomsmen and I used the cool space to relax, chill, and get ready for the big day.

Amazing stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for my friend’s birthday weekend. Our host, Eugene, was the absolute best. He went above and beyond with communication and made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. The house was very beautiful and it was super fun having the arcade room and movie theater! The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee selection was great. I am so glad we chose this house and would highly recommend this place!

We had a few issues with the cleaning but once I reached out to management issue was resolved. Check in was easy. The house is amazing for a big group. Located just minutes from everything. We renamed the house "The Treehouse".

Thank you so much for your kind review, Jennifer. Again my apologies for the cleaning issue - we had guests with lots of little kids before you and it seems like my cleaner may have missed some of the juice spill behind the bed. I have addressed it with my cleaning crew. Happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again in the future!

Family Weekend

This property far exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful and a short walk into town. The house was clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen had all of the "extras" to make it feel like home. With one rainy day, the game room and home theater, provided entertainment for everyone. Would definitely visit this property again!

Nice home good location

Overall good but some things were broken or dirty. Plates, cups and 2 bedroom sheets were dirty. The record player has no needle, the hunting game only one side worked, there was no charger for the virtual game and the recliner chairs kept having to be reset. Also had onky 3 pieces of wood so we had to purchase more. Loved all the separate rooms, very spaces, guests loved the expresso machine.

Hi Cheryl and thanks for your review! I am very surprised and disappointed to hear that some of the things weren’t up to your standard since we were in constant communication and I repeatedly checked with you whether everything was okay - you never mentioned any of these issues during your stay and I wish you had given me an opportunity to address them. The arcade game may needed to be reset, the charger for the virtual reality set is at the house and may have been displaced - I would have been happy to help you find it. The plates, cups and sheets being dirty is especially surprising to me as I’ve never had any complaints about the cleanliness of the house before I would have been happy to send my cleaner to fix things for you had you mentioned any of it to me. Either way I am glad that you still enjoyed your stay and I’m wishing you and your family happy holidays!

We had a great stay! Our family enjoyed the house and had room to spread out. I would recommend future guests bring beach towels with them if possible. We ended up having to purchase them as none are provided at the house. I missed this in the booking info.

This is what Emily said right after checking out from the property: And we can’t thank you enough for allowing our stay at your Beautiful home! We had the best time in the space was absolutely perfect for the weekend 🙌🫶❤️ However later she left a lower review, probably because we gave her 1 star for cleanliness. Despite the house rules clearly stating that no parties are allowed, the guest had a gender reveal party which left the house trashed - the windows were covered with pink dust and we had to hire professional cleaners for that. What’s worse we received so many complaints form the neighbors about plastic confetti that littered the entire neighborhood - we had to send out clean up crews twice and spent hundreds of dollars cleaning after these guests.
