Family Get Away

We stayed at this gorgeous property for 8 days...from start to finish it was wonderful..lots of space for everyone, a gourmet kitchen, grill and lovely plunge pool. Everything was spotless and well supplied. Close to many restaurants and not far from the beaches. Would highly recommend. Mahalo for the Memories...

Beautiful vacation home

We had a wonderful time in Kauai! This house was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and well appointed. The location is great, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Great communication too. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners too. We are sad to leave.

More wonderful than the pictures!

Everything was perfect. Photos can’t capture the amazing-ness of the property. We were a three generation family of grandparents, 2 sets of parents and 5 kids: 12, 6, 4, and (2) toddlers. There were a few breakable looking decorative pieces that we removed from little hands access, but other than that, home was move-in ready. Property managers set us up w baby equipment company, helped stock groceries for our arrival and we were golden

We did not meet a host and it was not expected. The things that we liked were the physical property, its location and views, the maturity of the landscaping and the spaciousness and beautiful amenities of the house. Just those things. We did explore Kauai, but we would also have been quite happy to just hang out at this beautiful house.

Amazing property

We had an absolute amazing trip and loved our stay at this property. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Very well appointed and had everything we could ask for. The views from the property are just perfect. The green grass from the golf course! And we absolutely loved the tiki torches we light at night. Made it feel like our private resort. It's seems like a be anew community so lots of construction around the neighborhood but nothing impacted our stay. Amazingly gorgeous neighborhood.

Amazing Hawaiian Hime

This is a beautiful home set on a golf course. The outdoor pool area is spectacular. Impeccably decorated and well stocked kitchen. We could not have been happier and had a great vacation with our four kids!

Truly perfect

We loved our stay here so much we’ve started looking for property in the development! This house is very special though. The house itself is perfect, so easy to live in. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are oddly very tall (take care with kids) but comfy. Truly outstanding home. That wall of glass completely telescopes into the wall making a dreamy indoor outdoor space. The pool is lovely and the view from it is even better. We loved having the golf course right there - it’s not an active tee so my kids enjoyed running down the grass and taking the paths. The walk to the shops is easy and quick. We’ve stayed in a lot of beautiful homes but this one is really special! Cannot wait to return!

Beautiful property but we were surrounded by new home construction. The works fired up there music

To much construction on both sides of the house. Backs onto the driving range so the greens keepers start at 5 am with machine s and head lights into the master bedroom

Beautiful Property

Without question this is a 5 ⭐️ house. I wish I was going back tomorrow. The plantation architecture is a triumph in the high end Kukui’ula resort development and is perfect for enjoying Kauai. Agree with all the positives of previous reviews. The genius of the lanai/pool design is that no backyard fence was erected to obstruct the view of the perfectly manicured lawn and coconut 🌴 grove between the driving range and first hole with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. Go left on the paved path .75 miles to the shops at kukuiula or go straight across to the gap in the fence to Lawai road, a great place for a walk or jog with multiple access points to view the coast. Lawn and pool super well maintained. Management company excellent. Furnishings great. For accuracy’s sake, one correction is the 2 car garage listed as an amenity is locked and therefore can’t be used to protect one from the rain or your car from the hot sun. So please take it off the amenity list.

Well-appointed rental in beautiful Koloa

Beautiful, well-decorated home on a pristine golf course (though it’s private so you can’t play on it). Communication with the concierge is excellent and timely. Check-in was simple. Home was immaculate. They even stocked local, organic bath products which was a nice touch. There is currently much construction on the street however which was a surprise and created a lot of noise.

Perfect vacation home

This house was perfect inside and out. We loved evenings cooking in the outdoor kitchen and relaxing in the pool and spa. Good view of the waves and a lively walking path around the home and direct path to shopping and restaurants. Great kitchen setup and everything you need to make and serve great food and drinks. The management team was excellent t with great communication ahead of time to help us navigate the current environment. Responsive to any issues or questions. Highly recommend!! House had 8 perfect beach chairs a cooler and an umbrella. The only call out would be to have more beach/pool towels or pack them if you have room in your luggage. Great stay perfect for our group of adults and young adults.

Absolutely stunning

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. The master bedroom has an amazing view as does the kitchen, living area and entrance. The pool and hot tub and outdoor kitchen facility is amazing as well. The other plus is the extra studio that is detached from the home with a separate entrance. Perfect!

Breathtaking home. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and baths. Fun outdoor shower off the master bath. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Nice ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. One of our favorite memories of our trip was all 3 sisters and our husbands sitting in the hot tub on a rainy day with a rainbow on the horizon.

Paradise Found

Our first feeling of Paradise came as we were approaching the house and walking through the beautiful tropical garden. The home’s hugh wooden door opens into a spacious great room, with a large tv and entertainment system, two separate seating areas, a two island full service kitchen area plus a large dining table seating eight. The west facing glass wall has pocket doors that completely open up to the lanai. Here you can just relax lounging, swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub or grilling up your next meal. We really enjoyed eating outdoors while we viewed some of the most spectacular Hawaiian sunsets. After which, we took to the hot tub and gazed up at the dark sky to take in the awe of the stars. What a wonderful way to end the day. The master bedroom also has this west facing view with it’s sliding glass doors. All of this at the doorsteps of the Kukuiula Golf course with a backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. Two other bedrooms are are off of the great room, while the fourth is above a separated garage. All rooms in this home are beautifully furnished, making you feel welcome and very comfortable. This place is perfectly situated, wether you are walking or driving, to many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, activities , etc.. Anything you may need is easily in reach. In this beautiful home there is plenty of room for families and friends to get together and have a wonderful time. For us many heart warming memories have been made, which we will be talking about for years to come. It truly was very hard for us to pack up and leave.
