We wanted a relaxing weekend getaway and that's exactly what we got. The views from the sunroom are amazing. We watched the sunrise, the ships, the birds, the waves, and even some dolphins. It is a quiet and peaceful area. The house is clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back if ever in the area again.

Great property with incredible view of the beach and ocean from the sun room! Very convenient access to the beach. Love the Cape May ferry booth to use for dinner! The area is very quiet and everyone we met (locals and tourists) were friendly. This place is a hidden gem. Michael was super communicative every step of the way.

We’ve stayed at Mike and Laura‘s place previously and it’s always wonderful! It’s perfect for our family 4 a pup. You can’t beat the beach access. It has everything you need!

We enjoyed this space and its custom finishings. The tile floor detail, custom leather furniture are beautifully appointed! The ferry nook for lunch is fabulous. Did we say the waterviews were exceptional? They were! Oh,and the garden was lovely too!Lower level id nice for families.We also enjoyed the proximity to Cape Henlopen State Park.

Our stay was magical. Cozy, quiet house. We spent days and evenings on the beach. Morning ritual was coffee in the sun room watching the sunrise. I didn’t want to leave but the memories I left with are priceless. Thank you!

From the moment you walk in, you can see the water and beach. The house is very well maintained and has everything you need for a beach stay. The views were breathtaking. And, with an all-season room, even when the breeze was a bit too much for hanging out on the private beach, you can sit inside and soak in the scenery. I especially loved waking up to the sunrise over the water, as well as seeing the boats in the distance and the birds. Michael was extremely responsive to any of our inquiries and made sure that we could contact him at any point during our stay. If we had wanted to, we could have easily prepared meals, but we chose to eat out. For anyone looking for some peace and quiet, along with private beach access, I would steer you here. It isn't too far from the larger beach towns, but is far enough away, that at night you can see so many stars. And the neighbors? They all wave and say hi. We felt right at home.

Idyllic beachfront property surrounded by a wildlife refuge. Incredibly peaceful and quiet. The property was just as described and the hosts were gracious and communicative. Highly recommend, would definitely stay there again.

The home was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The view of the bay was stunning, especially at sunrise. This home is a nature lovers dream. We saw so many different birds, as well as dolphins, foxes and horseshoe crabs, We hope to come back soon!

House was immaculate when we arrived and it's a well maintained house and accurately described in the listing. The location is great with many friendly neighbors in a charming community. There isn't alot to do in Primehook, beach activities and walking the lone road so be prepared for peace and quiet. If I have one complaint it would be sparse cooking utensils, and plates etc. Other than that it was perfect

Wonderful stay for a quiet, beautiful beach vacation. House had everything we needed and more and was right on the beach. Views were amazing!
