Questo affascinante cottage nel famoso quartiere di Oceanwood si trova in una posizione tranquilla, ma centrale. Le premiate spiagge di Kiawah distano solo circa 225 metri e con una breve corsa in bicicletta puoi facilmente raggiungere il Night Heron Park, il Sanctuary Hotel, e anche il golf e il tennis! La proprietà ha sia una veranda coperta e riparata per un sacco di spazio di vita all'aperto, due TV con cavo, internet wireless ad alta velocità e parcheggio per un massimo di due auto nel vialetto. C'è una piccola griglia a carbone presso la struttura. Le tre camere da letto sono arredate confortevolmente con due regine e due gemelli.

Questa proprietà per le vacanze è ottima per coloro che hanno problemi con i passaggi in quanto vi sono solo alcuni che portano alla porta principale. Ha un ampio soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, una lavatrice e asciugatrice, lenzuola e asciugamani da bagno, un servizio di pulizie di partenza e una fornitura iniziale di prodotti di carta e detersivi.

Come nostri ospiti, avrete accesso a 5 campi da golf da campionato - tra cui The Ocean Course - la sede del campionato PGA 2012; Il Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - n. 1 classificato da Tennis Resorts Online; Accesso gratuito a Internet senza fili; Il personale di gestione delle proprietà locali è a disposizione in caso di emergenze e il loro personale cordiale, disponibile e competente può assisterti in caso di necessità durante il tuo soggiorno. We really like this cottage and its location. a few picky things...The refrigerator door is hard to close and to get to stay shut. The dryer is too tall for shorter people and doesn't seem to dry as good as last year. the intake vent in the dining area could be vacuumed.

Great house but Air Conditioner struggled.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House and location was great. The house was at 76 degrees when we arrived and since the notes on the house said don't set temperature below 70 dgrees, it didn't cool down to 70 until the next morning. While we kept the thermostat on 70 the whole week, it would constantly run and the temp would increase to 74 -75 each afternoon and was uncomfortable to sleep at night. I called ESPM the third evening asking to send someone out to check the A.C. (left a message since it was after hours) No one came to the house or even called me back! Disappointing. The paddle board we sellected for the week was deflated and unusable. It lost air daily just sitting in the place it was delivered. We searched for an air pump but no luck. I did not call about the paddle board because it was not as important. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Very nice house and it had everything!

Reviewer Comments: The cottage was very nice but smelled of fish when we arrived, especially the fridge. The first night was great but when we woke up there were tons of little black ants all over the MBR floor along the baseboards & out into the bedroom. The ants got in all our bags, etc. I called property mngt. & they said no one could come until the next day & then they never showed (totally unacceptable especially with little children). I called again to report the no show & asked them to call me back to let us know when it would be treated. I never received a call. Thank goodness I went right out & bought ant spray which solved the problem at least for the rest of our stay. Everything else was wonderful, location, furniture, etc.

Great family vacation!

We loved our stay in this well appointed and comfortable beach cottage. Everything was just as advertised. The beach is gorgeous with super easy access. The children’s playground was a short walk from the house and the miles of bike paths were wonderful. Can’t wait to return! May make this an annual trip for our family.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed in!

Such a beautiful location, close to west beach conference center for the marathon. One of the cleanest places and most comfortable for everyone in our party. (4 adults 2 kids) Beautiful, quiet tree lined street & 5 minute walk to beach. It was perfect. Hope to stay again soon.

Lovely place near the beach

This cottage is in a charming neighborhood that is an easy walk to the beach. It was clean, well appointed and ready for our family to enjoy out time on Kiawah Island.

Sunny beach and golf!

House great! Love West Beach location. 4 minute walk to beach. Well equipped home, great appliances with separate ice maker. Beds comfy great A/C and super clean inside. If i had a complaint.. screened in porch not cleaned in a bit, sand from previous tenants and deck needed a good leaf blow. There were hard debris like particles all over deck. (Think red peppercorns). Just needed a good blow cleanout and powerwash.

Nice villa

All together wie enjoyed our stay in the villa. It has a very nice screened porch with an eating table (we love to eat outside). Great appliances, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything one might need., we also loved the games and books. What we were missing: beach chairs and beach towels which are included in most other places.

A Great Little Getaway

This was such a great property. You can tell the owners really care. Such easy proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return.

Wonderful!

Lovely! We love this home and have come back to it multiple times. The owners are thoughtful and stock necessities that would be irritating to buy for a shorter stay. It is ideally located and very close to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

It also has a very convenient layout; one bedroom with its own bathroom in the back of the house and the other two sharing a bathroom in the middle. Beautiful kitchen! Loved it!
