Perfect Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was exactly as described. Newly renovated, clean and in a perfect location on Kiawah Island. Located just inside the main gate, on a quiet cul-de-sac we were able to take a quick bike ride to the beach everyday and was just a short drive to Freshfields Village for groceries, coffee, shopping and dinner. The communication and service from the rental company was easy and professional. Would love to come visit again!

Great Renovation and Stay on Kiawah

We had a great stay at this property. It was clear this home had a complete renovation and everything was new. It is easy to access the beach by a short bike ride or drive if you are carrying large coolers/chairs. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Perfect Getaway

The house and accommodations were perfect. Completely renovated. Full baths in each of the 3 bedrooms. But the real Jewel is Kiawah Beach and the community itself. The island is pristine. And aside from the gorgeous beaches

We had a beautiful weekend and the location of the home was amazing for our needs. The property manager was so very helpful and responsive to my questions and requests. The beds, linens and comfort of the living room was just as pictured!The ease of renting bikes and beach equipment was so easy and convenient. The only complaint was the condition of the decks and screened in porch furniture. A good power washing would have been great!Overall a 5 star stay! Thank you!

Immaculate and comfortable home!

The home was perfectly outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. Immaculately kept; super comfortable beds; and fully outfitted kitchen. We usually prefer a house with a view but this felt like a "tree top" location surrounded by such lush plantings. We had an unexpected cold snap and the property manager was all over it! Answer our request for help with the heat within minutes and had it fixed very quickly. Can't ask for more than that! Highly recommend. Very spacious master and the upstairs queen bunk room is adorable, too!

Great stay in Oyster Rake!

The bedroom separation also allows room for kids to spread out.

Good layout and ESPM provided prompt service (there in two hours) when we had a small issue.
