Il Garden Cottage è un moderno cottage a pianta aperta situato nella zona ricca e desiderabile di Branksome Park, Poole ed è stato insignito del Certificato di Eccellenza da TripAdvisor. Il cottage offre tutti i comfort previsti e tocchi di lusso associati a un ritiro Boutique. Con 2 camere da letto e una sistemazione per dormire flessibile, offre un'eccellente sistemazione per famiglie o amici.

Il cottage si avvicina lungo una strada residenziale tranquilla e appartata. Il parcheggio è disponibile per 2 auto sul vialetto e c'è un ampio parcheggio su strada. Entrando nella proprietà si viene accolti con uno spazio di vita open space eccezionalmente luminoso, a volta. L'accogliente area salotto comprende un ampio divano comodo con TV a schermo piatto, HI-Fi, WIFI e stufa a legna. Se necessario, il divano può essere aperto in un letto matrimoniale. La cucina contiene tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi e moderni, tra cui forno, fornelli elettrici, lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè e forno a microonde. All'arrivo viene fornito un kit di benvenuto di base. Un sacco di spazio è disponibile e include un frigorifero e un congelatore integrati. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Le grandi porte finestre danno accesso al giardino appartato e tranquillo. Posti a sedere all'aperto e opzioni per la cena sono disponibili nel patio principale e nell'area coperta.

Salire alcune scale conduce alla camera da letto principale con bagno privato e una seconda camera da letto accanto al bagno di famiglia, bagno con doccia e lavanderia separata. La camera da letto luminosa e ariosa contiene un letto king size, armadio e spazi per disegnare e TV a schermo piatto. Connected è il bagno privato con vasca / doccia, WC e lavandino con specchio cosmetico. La seconda camera da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale che può essere separato in 2 letti singoli, se necessario. Lenzuola e asciugamani di alta qualità sono forniti. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 7 giorni.

Il cottage è a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Westbourne e da tutti i negozi alla moda, bar e ristoranti che ha da offrire o accesso alla spiaggia attraverso Branksome Chine. Più lontano vi è un facile accesso sulla A35 o A338 che vi porterà rispettivamente a Poole Quay o al centro di Bournemouth.

Absolutely lovely Cottage, probably the best equipped we've ever stayed in! Had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 kids, the hosts were extremely helpful and nice, and the position was fantastic for getting to the beach, exploring the area etc. We'll surely be back

The cottage is in a beautiful residential area that is so quiet and peaceful. The photographs don’t do the cottage justice and is better in real life. Was exceptionally clean and everything you needed was provided. Has a spacious and open plan lounge / dining table / kitchen area. We stayed with our 12 and 10 year old grandchildren for our annual summer trip and they said this was by far the best stay they’ve had. The beach is 2 mins drive / 15 mins walk away and similar for local pub and restaurants. Branksome Dene beach is a hidden treasure and not crowded at all. We would thoroughly recommend booking for a vacation.

Property was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room for the whole family and the seating outside was wonderful. Would definitely come back and stay again.

September break in sunny Bournemouth

Bright, comfortable open plan property with everything we needed plus a lovely outdoor sitting and eating area. Pleasant 15 minute walk to a great beach in one direction and Westbourne with its shops and restaurants in the other, couldn’t fault it .

Perfect relaxing stay

The garden cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay to visit relatives. The house is fully equipped for 6 people, kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and some laundry supplies. The beds weee comfortable and the house a delight. We enjoyed proximity to the beach, shopping, highway and town center. Ashley has a truly special place here and I’m hesitant to rave too much in case we can’t book it again because it gets too popular!!

Lovely stay beautiful property inside and out

Had a lovely stay with the family. Great space and a lovely touch of croissants jam and Easter eggs much appreciated ! Even sat on loungers outside on patio one afternoon. Easy walk to Bournemouth lots of stops along the way and Poole Sandbanks. Thankyou both for a lovely stay and already looking to see if we can return next Easter ! X

Garden Cottage

The house has a great open plan layout with plenty of light and was very well presented and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating and a table. The location is good for the beach and the promenade. We'd stay again

Fantastic find

The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable stay in a nice location.

The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees. This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends. Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

Fewell Wedding Weekend

The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. Couldnt fault it.

The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation. Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb. We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

Wonderful Location

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth. The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too. Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.

A very enjoyable stay

A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage. This should be highlighted in Advert

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property. My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

Lovely accommodation- just disappointed in the second bedroom. The bed is very comfortable but there is no surface for products so had to use the windowsill and floor. The bedding was also inferior. Overall the bedroom was not equal in terms of luxury when two couples are sharing the cost. Kitchen area: there were items of chipped crockery, no egg cups, serving spoons or serving bowls.. The steep front steps are not mentioned in the description which may be an issue for some people. Our overall experience of the accommodation was very good but hope the above would help to improve the marketing of the property for the hosts.

Everyone loves the open plan nature of the property with the vaulted ceilings. During the summer months you can enjoy the peaceful garden and nearby beach, whilst in the Winter you can just relax and curl up in front of the log burning stove and watch a movie.
