RECENTEMENTE RISTRUTTURATO (12/2018) ... vernice fresca, nuovo tappeto, nuovi arredi e nuovi letti! Benvenuti in Island View Home! Casa con tre camere da letto e due bagni. Pet-friendly, splendida vista di Santa Rosa Sound dal ponte posteriore avvolgente. 10 posti letto con re in master; regina, due letti gemelli su letti a castello. Alla fine di una giornata di sole sulla spiaggia, c'è intrattenimento per tutti con TV a schermo piatto in tutta la casa in ogni stanza. Goditi il tuo caffè mattutino e la prima colazione nella sala da sole appena ristrutturata, appena fuori dalla cucina con viste incantevoli, quindi cocktail e cena alla fine della giornata sul ponte di grandi dimensioni - barbecue fornito.

Il proprietario ha fornito con cura kayak e biciclette per gli ospiti: goditi una serena avventura in kayak su Santa Rosa Sound e approfitta della pista ciclabile che corre lungo la spiaggia di Pensacola. Puoi essere uno dei primi a affittare l'Island View Home, a pochi isolati dalla spiaggia.

Excellent location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a great location! Easy walk across the street to the beach and the sound was out the back door. Not right in the heart of downtown but a two minute drive or 5 minute bike. There were also lots of extras not mentioned...beach chairs, kickboards, sand toys.

Great Getaway

Very nice, new and welcoming! Entire process very easy. Great view of sunsets and sound off back deck. Very convenient to beach and other area attractions. Beach chairs umbrella and bikes as well as kayaks provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Place for a Family Stay

The location was great with a short walk to either the bay or the beach. The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. Wonderful Retreat

Good for the price

Close to the beach right on the main road. Wish we knew ahead of time that the room with the bunkbeds was on a separate floor. Not ideal when you have small children staying with you. House had everything you needed from cooking utensils to bikes, sand toys and kayaks.

Family Beach Get Away!

We really loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location because it gave us several options for entertainment. If we wanted to hang out in Santa Rosa sound without the waves and kayak or fish we could. If we wanted to head to the beach for the day we could. It came with everything we needed: beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, life jackets. It was also just far enough from the business, yet close enough to run up the street to eat and/or shop. Would recommend this place and for a family!

We loved this house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for us! We LOVED the location. House was very clean. We used the kayaks and bikes everyday. Bikes were in good shape. We took our 2 dogs with us and there was a dog beach a couple miles east which we loved. I think the house needs new outdoor chairs as they have a lot of rust on them but other than that we loved the house. We will stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: The home was exactly as advertised; beds were new, new appliances, very clean, beach just across the road, sound with beautiful sunsets off the back deck(very short walk), we brought 3 large dogs and their xpen-perfect, they have several very nice backpack type beach chairs, several bicycles, 2 baby gates, well stocked kitchen. It was the best rental we have ever experienced and are planning on reserving this house again. We have no complaints. Super dog friendly, worth the price! Easy check in and check out!

Bay AND Beach Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We returned to this house because of the location. Most beach rentals don't have a view, but this one looks out over the bay, and is uncrowded because it's beside a hugh empty lot that is apparently a right-of-way. Just crois the street and walk one block to the beach. The deck on the house definitely needs to be upgraded. Don't walk on it barefoot! The lower floor needs a bathroom. But we still loved the place for its location.

Great proximity beach stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is a quant and clean getaway that comfortably sleeps 8-10. Pros: Amazing rental company and service, short walk to bay or beach; downstairs bunk beds were great for teens; kitchen well stocked; bikes on site were a huge help; loved the wrap around porch, and plenty of parking.Cons: As previous reviewers mentioned, owners NEED to install black out curtains on front bedrooms to block light; slight noise from being on well traveled road; no bath downstairs so bunk rooms shares with upper baths; climate varies from up to down by 15 degrees. Definately a good stay, and recommend.
