Situato proprio di fronte a Santa Rosa Sound ea pochi isolati a piedi dalla spiaggia di sabbia bianca, questo cottage aggiornato ha molto da offrire.

208 Panferio Drive è gestito professionalmente da Paradise Beach Homes.

Il cottage pet-friendly ha un cortile recintato, grande spazio all'aperto / ponte e cucina gourmet. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, mentre il bagno principale ha una doccia a vapore e vasca da bagno zampa. La zona giorno ha un soffitto con travi a vista, una grande TV a schermo piatto e molte finestre per una buona illuminazione naturale. La cucina è dotata di ripiani in granito, una stufa a gas vichingo e un buon spazio di lavoro. La camera da letto numero 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera da letto numero 3 ha due gemelli. Queste camere condividono un bagno in sala con la zona giorno.

C'è un patio coperto fuori della cucina con posti a sedere supplementari per mangiare all'aperto. I ponti anteriori e posteriori sono perfetti per un caffè mattutino o un cocktail pomeridiano.

This was truly a home away from home. Beds were amazing, house layout was perfect, great deck areas and a beautiful yard.

Overall it was great! Master bed and room with full bed were very uncomfortable, twin beds were much better! Purchasing better quality bedding would be fantastic! I think a new couch would be a great addition! The current one is very worn and torn. Took us awhile to figure out the fridge situation, it was not cold when we got there. Other than those few minor things, it was great! Just needs a little facelift!! Would stay there again!

Great house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed having places to sit outside on both levels. Great master bedroom. House was clean and everything worked. The only problem we had was one of the front bedrooms never got very cool. A/C worked great every where else. Paradise people were great. Also beach access to the "sound" side isn't great, but would definitely stay here again.

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

The weather was a but stormy and the water was full of algae, but that’s the chance you take when you vacation at the beach. Er did a day pass at a local beach hotel swimming pool and it was great!

Great Beach Vacation!

We were able to walk to the beach and bars/restaurants, so rarely had to use our car. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Pensacola.

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

I felt safe walking the area with my dog. Good location, close to restaurants but far enough away to be peaceful. Would highly recommend and would return!

The accommodations were great and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our pets . We were visiting family in the area and although the weather was cool (March) we could still enjoy the scenery, the full moon and the sunsets!

We loved the up to date kitchen and appliances and we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning. It was way better than staying in a hotel. There was a quick walk to the beach where we captured some great pics of the waves. We dined at Peg Leg Pete's with a party of nine and everyone enjoyed the meal.

Neighborhood clean and quiet. Not many areas have grass but his one did. Short walk to the beach and to the shops. Best time we've had visiting and will visit again.
