Completamente rinnovato tre camere da letto, due bagni casa situata a 1/2 miglia a Glendon e Haigis spiagge. Goditi le tue vacanze estive in questa casa immacolata e ben tenuta con aria condizionata centralizzata. Open space con illuminazione ad incasso, parquet e pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica. Cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Arredamento moderno e di buon gusto con lavatrice / asciugatrice (solo accesso alla paratia), Wifi, televisore a schermo piatto e lavastoviglie. Nel tempo libero rilassatevi sulla veranda o grigliate sul patio posteriore! Ampio cortile recintato offre tanto spazio per il divertimento e i giochi dopo una giornata di nuoto nelle calde acque del Nantucket Sound. C'è una doccia esterna chiusa e per la vostra comodità il proprietario fornirà sedie a sdraio. Fai le valigie e inizia a fare ricordi!

This was our 3rd year at 4 Bain, the house is beautiful and modern. Location is very central and we are already looking forward to next year. Martha Murray does a fantastic job with communication, as usual the experience was easy and Martha Murray is always willing to help.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 4 Bain Road. My favorite features of this property are the location and the updated/renovated interior. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Old Wharf Road (the beach road), where you cross in the crosswalk, and then turn right or left to reach a local beach. Each morning, I saw many people walking, jogging, or biking on Old Wharf Road. The home's updated interior is very clean and offers modern amenities including split a/c units operated by remote controls. My husband's favorite features were the two outdoor seating areas (two Adirondack chairs on the front patio and a table with six chairs on the back patio) and the spice rack offered in the kitchen! Our only negative was the weak Wi-Fi signal which didn't extend to the primary bedroom. If we could suggest a "wish list" of items to add, it would include a full-length mirror, an electric tea kettle, and a console table or desk to provide a workspace for our laptops.

The owner takes pride in maintaining his property, and it shows. The location is perfect, mid Cape, so easy to travel to the other parts of the Cape. A grocery store is nearby, as well as, a CVS, shops, and restaurants. For a special dinner, The Ocean House and The Rooftop at Pelham on Main are recommended. The staff at Martha Murray Vacation Rentals is always available for any concerns. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this property!

We were quite comfortable here and enjoyed the option of sitting out front or out back on the patio. It would be great if there was a fire pit in the side yard or a chimney on the patio for chilly nights.

Walking distance to a few beaches, restaurants & mini market. Enjoy beach(happy) hour outdoors or breakfast with a Bloody Mary at the Sailing Cow, dont miss outdoor dining with a raw bar, heat lamps & Terry Brennan playing at Chapins Beach Bar, the sunset from West Dennis beach is fabulous. I bought steamers, lobster and oysters at Swan River Seafood and had a relaxing seafood fest on the back deck. Live the outdoor shower and oversized washer & dryer. Big tv, great AC system, huge kitchen, and comfy furniture & bed. Love that the master bedroom had a private bath. And compared to other cottages, the price is fantastic!
