Affitto da sabato a sabato
Passeggiata a ristoranti, minigolf, Ben e Jerry's, boutique, musei e la Cape Cod Railroad. E 'tutto a Hyannis. Partenza per il film, centro commerciale, e il golf. A piedi un miglio a Kennedy Complex e Tour Cape Cod Potato Chip Factory.

Cammina otto blocchi al porto di Hyannis per Nantucket e Martha Vineyard traghetti, o andare su una barca da pesca, avvistamento di balene, o Pirate Ship. Tutto ciò che E LA SPIAGGIA, Keyes Beach, si trova a soli due isolati di distanza. Acqua più calda sul Capo.

Questa casa è anche a soli dieci isolati a Kalmus Beach, che è famosa per il windsurf. Sedie a sdraio, giocattoli da spiaggia e teli da mare sono tutti lì. Seggiolone, porta-culla, e carro per due. Great spot. Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and nice walk to marina and Main St. Comfortable home with peaceful backyard. Host was very responsive. Looking at going back next year.

The house was "better than expected"...ie...everything was great. The pool table, foosball table, and tetherball were huge hits with my teenage kids. It was also really nice to choose from the huge selection of like-new beach 'stuff' to use.

Stayed with extended family, all empty nesters working on retirement. Great house as we all had our own rooms. House was very clean & beautiful artwork though out. Don’t worry if you forget anything, they have it here! Perfectly located for the beach, restaurants & the port. We didn’t have any children with us, but a great place for them too if we did. Lots to do on the property for all ages.

Great place on the Cape

Great place that is centrally located. This home was very enjoyable, clean, and accommodated me, my spouse, mother in law, and 3 kids. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and felt comfortable.

Location, location, location!

We immensely enjoyed our first trip to Hyannis! The house was very cute and clean. It was situated in a location that made beach time, biking and dining easy and convenient. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful house in Hyannis

This house is wonderful for families looking to get away. The house comes with everything you need for the beach and so many toys and games for the whole family. We appreciated the mid-week cleaning service and the early check-in. We highly recommend this house.

Pre-travel communication was detailed and timely. Housekeeping came halfway through our stay which was a welcome surprise! Quiet neighborhood, walkable to town and the minor league baseball field!

Our stay at Joanne’s house was lovely. It was very comfortable and filled with everything we needed for a great week. The location was convenient and the yard was a nice place to spend time when we weren’t at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and stocked with tons of stuff for the kids and the beach. Really just had to bring our suitcase as advertised. It was great!

Wonderful place for small kids

Jo's house is wonderfully located and fully provisioned. Not only was the house perfect for our family, but the house had everything we could need travelling with small kids: bed rails, a high chair, toys, and even a stroller wagon. The beach access card was very useful and we were able to walk into the main part of Hyannis easily every day for dinner or dessert. We will definitely stay here again next time we go back to the cape. We especially loved the cozy back patio and the outdoor shower. This house was a real gem!

Everything about the house is wonderful: comfortable, beautiful, kid friendly, nice yard , perfect location, full of supplies. The communication with the house owner is good. Jo promptly responded to our questions and helped us to navigate around the house and surrounded areas.

Such a wonderful weeklong vacation at the Cape

This property and the hosts are amazing! The house was spotless clean, fully stocked with everything you may need including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, coffee, clean Webber grill with a full tank of gas etc. It had everything you need for the beach! The locations is superb and a walking distance to two beautiful beaches and under 10 min drive to several others. Hyannis Main St is just a short walk away and has so many options to dine out! It was a wonderful week with our family at this house and we are looking forward coming back here again next year!

Wow what an amazing home! Absolutly everything our family with young children needed while on a beach vacation. Homw was equipped with everything we needed to cook and clean with. Loved all the toys inside and out for the kids to play with. Us grown ups enjoyed the large living room with table to play all the fun board games and card games(that were already there!) Just a quick walk to beach and a lovely neighborhood to walk around in stroller(...again that was provided!) Our family enjoyed this home so much we plan on booking for next year.

Perfect location

The house has a fabulous yard and the dining table is perfect for a family. There are a ton of toys (probably too many) which keep kids amused. The kitchen is small and could use some organization. Otherwise the place was great. A tremendous amount of supplies. Walking distance to the beach is great

Great home in Hyannis

Jo's house was perfect for our family, The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from one beach and a short drive from a number of other beaches. While we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, our boys loved the pool table and all the other activities available at the house. Unlike other places we've stayed, we didn't have to bring anything for the beach. Jo has everything you'll need. The house is clean and the beds are nice. It really has everything, and we'll come back for sure.

Girls Getaway

Joanne’s house was a great getaway for a last minute girls trip that we decided to take at the end of high season. The house is conveniently located in Hyannis to get to the beach, Main St. shopping/restaurants, and the harbor. Easy to get around all over the cape too for a quick day trip to Chatham, etc.. The house is very clean and comfortable. The back patio was a nice place to relax and hang out during the day. We had brought our main comforts from home but if you are looking for a fully loaded house, this place has it. Bathrooms and kitchen were pretty well stocked with essentials. There was a ton of stuff for the beach and kids stuff available too if needed. All in all, it was a nice relaxing week away with the gals and I would definitely book again in the future. Thank you Joanne!

My wife and I and our adult children along with our soon to be five year-old grandson stayed for a week in July at this beautiful home got a great yard for kids to play. It’s minutes from Kalmus beach can walk to keys beach in 9 minutes had great morning beach strolls . Close to stores great kitchen awesome grill 2 full baths and outdoor shower . Really quiet neighborhood. And a mommy bunny that came out and sat with usOn the morning on patio when we enjoyed our coffee .

This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Cape Cod. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to the Hy-Line Cruises dock, 5 minute drive to Main Street Hyannis. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. All the amenities you could want. Basement full of beach gear and wagons to haul it. Would definitely come back.

Ideal first family vacation

Went just after Labor Day and the place was a dream. A little ways from Hyannis proper, a few blocks from a beach. It felt really centrally located for day trips all over. House cleaner came twice a week to refresh supplies and tidy. The kitchen was well-stocked, the basement was a parent's dream. Being our first family trip, we overpacked for this house. The crib, toys, and high chair meant that we really could have left a substantial amount of stuff at home. The living room TV was massive. Lots of room to sit around after walking around small towns. So much great light. Felt very private while also not being too far from folks. I can't say enough great things about the place. We loved it and hope to return next year. Wow!

Family Friendly and Great Location!

Very nice home with everything you’ll need for a family with children. A nice spot for a quiet couples week as well. Short walk or drive to several beaches and Main Street Hyannis. Quiet neighborhood. Everything is included and Cleaning service and white glove garbage pickup twice a week. Had a few questions for the owners and they texted or called right away. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay at the Cape

Fantastic house for families. Two blocks from the beach, tons of toys to keep the kids busy and close to everything. The owners were very helpful when I called with any questions and lovely to speak with. I look forward to renting the house next season!

Even Better than expected

This property is in a great location. Anything you could possibly need is provided. ( Linens, beach towels, first aid kit, soaps, shampoo, games, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool table, foose ball and a lot more) Comfortable beds and very nice patio and backyard are a plus. Parking behind the JFK museum makes going to shop and eat easy. Great vacation!

Great family stay in Cape Cod

Very nice neighborhood home set up for family playtime. 2 families could easily stay here. Great A/C and central to everything. Hyannis beach pass was a super plus. Beach toys, chairs, noodles and games galore. Grill worked well. Hosts were super helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Perfect location - wanted to be on a quiet street with a nice yard and still be able to walk to the beach and Main Street - thrilled to have it all!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The house is walking distance all the restaurants and stores and the beaches ! The ferrry to the Vineyard and the sightseeing boats are only 8 blocks away! Beach toys, tents ,towels and passes are all there! Air conditioning.
