I am coming back next Summer

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the whole experience. The place was spacious- 3 bedrooms and an a little loft and a huge living room. Beautiful outdoor patio and a great outdoor shower. So close to the beach. Oh, washer and dryer 👌Some minor issues- many of the windows were barred or something and didn’t open- was a bit stuffy, but central AC helped. Also the grill was not usable - needed cleaning. Otherwise I am going to plan to be back next summer

Martha Murray is a great rental agency. They are always available, super helpful, and very friendly.

It also has a great deck and yard to enjoy after the beach. We also love how close it is to the beach! The check in/out process was efficient too! Def will be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at 80 Beaten Rd. The house was well looked after, clean with many kitchen accoutrements. So handy to have the washer/dryer in the kitchen to clean clothes before our return. Would certainly return to this rental
